The displays are very dim and it is very difficult to read phone numbers in the directory or see who is calling. VTech has really cheapened their products!

The age of everyone is 60+ and they all described having a hard time seeing the details on the screen of the phone. My mother in particular disliked that the phone base would not say the name of the person calling, Had to return it.
