This set is a corded and cordless phone. We needed a new kitchen one and I used the cordless in the garage, so it worked out great. The speaker phone part is not so great, cutting out happens often when people try to talk about the same time, but it's fitting our needs.

Tis phone is easy to use once I finally understood how it works. I had another phone system with 4 phone and was told by rep that the extra phone weren't in store but could order online. Every Best Buy reps have been so helpful, thank you so much.

We were looking for an inexpensive land line due to poor reception in our home for our cellphones. This phone system is good in that it has a cordless portable along with the corded phone. Lots of extras that are nice to have but simple to use.

I am really happy with this phone. It works just great, the price was excellent. I don't spent lots of money for a new phone, because I usually replace it when the battery dies. So great price, well investment. I have no problems and like it a lot.

This is the third phone that i've purchased for my elderly aunt who is 77, She finds it difficult to use the more modern phones, this one work well for her, the large key pad and the ease of using a handset. She is once again a happy camper.

Yes some folks still like and have landlines at their homes...lol...easy to use and reasonable if you want to add extensions (about $15 per extra phone cost)....and the best part is...if there is a power outage, it will still work!!!

Phone was easy to set up. Like the announce feature. Would love for it to have a mute ringer feature. When working would llove to turn ringers off

I was looking for one like this to have besides an cordless one and that would it be a perfect BUY,...Unfortunatly I have to return this one and go for the one with cordless unit too.

All you need in one unit. One glance at the caller ID and I know if it's a teller marketer or someone I need to talk to. A different backlight might make the display easier to read..

If anybody needed a good business phone or home phone this does it. Pretty easy to use and if you are looking for a simple and basic landline, this is the one for you.

Was just looking for a good phone for our home office that wasn't real expensive and that's exactly what we got. I would probably buy another Vtech product.

This is a great telephone. The only thing I had to do was plug it in and skim through the manual. However, I still could have determined its main features in spite of the manual. Plug it in and it is readily ready for use.

Bought this for my 87 year old mother in law and the ring is loud enough that she can hear it well.... And the answering machine is easy for her to operate also...

I purchased this phone as a replacement for a broken panasonic and I have to say that I am very impressed. This required virtually no setup, just plug in, set the date and good to go. It has great volume and clarity as well.

Great buy for those who like cordless as well as a wired phone very easy to set up got bundle for my elderly father he uses it just fine.

I bought this for my mother who is not technically savvy, she enjoys who easy it is to use and understand its functions. Great price too.
