Phone has great features - speakerphone that has good sound quality, backlit numbers on handset, easily programmable, mute button, digital answering machine if needed.

Really good phone system and was easy to set up. Have it for my dad in assisted living and it is easy for him to use. Works great with his hearing aids. I would use it in my home as a landline phone.

This phone had things I wanted and things I will not be using but most of you will. (I'm too cheap to pay for caller ID). So it's got a hard wired base so if the power goes out you can still use it. I think this is a plus. It was easy to set up just pull it out of the box. Connect the phone cables and such worked right the first time. You do have to wait an hour or so for the cordless phone to charge up and connect to the base but after it was charged worked just fine. I did use the speaker on the cordless phone and that worked great. I had a turbo tax person this phone using the speaker and my Mother on my cell phone using the speaker and we all could hear and talk to each other just fine. The message machine works just fine. You can go to the base to see a light flashing if you have a message or just pick up the cordless phone and it will tell you that you have a message and you can listen to it from the cordless phone. Only thing that I don't like that much is the red light that is on when you have the answering machine on. Again I don't have voice mail from my phone company so I use this type of answering machine. It does have many features that I don't use since I don't have caller ID if I did I guess it would tell you who is calling not sure if that's good or bad if you are in the middle of a movie and the phone rings would you rather just look at the phone so see oh telemarketer again or have the phone tell you that. I was not in the market for a new phone but I have had static on my line and the phone company said it was my phone. Well I still have static with this new phone so I don't think was the phone

Excellent phone for someone who needs a corded phone. Excellent speaker and recording equipment. Very easy to use. I did not use or want hand held device. Can not address its quality

I needed a small telephone system for my home, and this definitely fits the bill from a price and features standpoint. The system is easy to use and even easier to install.

I like the features on this phone such as window to see numbers dialed, date and time, number of messages or missed calls, but it was confusing to figure out how to set it up so all the features would work properly. The directions included weren't always clear when describing how to do things.

Phone has done what is required. Wish it had a few more options, but for the price well worth it.

Product works as promised - Set up was easy and phone and machine works excellent
