    I purchased this phone for my dad who has arthritis and a very hard time seeing. With this phone, the numbers are much larger on the main unit which allows him to "press 1" etc. which we all hear constantly when calling a company. LOL The clarity, and ease of use is also very helpful.

    Have had the tech phones for years this one has lots of features but can be difficult to use we are finding it okay but have yet to really get into all the benefits to offset the difficulty and extra steps that are required
