Work as it should. Had to google how to attach to the base model as the instructions aren't correct.

Affordable expansion land line phone. Easy to install. Easy to use. Only drawback: wish the charging base had a little more weight to it.

This phone (with 8 handsets) replaced an 8 year old AT&T set. It has clear audio reception (including digital lines from a router) and has a large capacity for built-in directory of your own call list. Great options: mutable ring, announces the "name" of the caller (e.g. "UNAVAILABLE" or "UNKNOWN CALLER" or "INVALID NUMBER" so that you can BLOCK the call.... once blocked, future calls from the same number will be automatically blocked without ringing. Also well supported by customer service.

This was an extension phone to go with a set we already had. We love the flexibility and reception is great. Cell phones can’t always say that.

Although the phone was to be compatible with the base I have, it is not. I followed the instructions and even erased the register and started over, the new phone would not register with the base. If you need 3 phones buy a system with 3 phones and forget this one.

When my phone upstairs went working (wouldn't hold a charge), I needed a new phone and what fit the bill perfectly was the VTech Cordless Expansion Handset since turned out is was compatible with the other VTech phone/answering system that I currently have in my living room. Absolutely perfect and price was good also.

Nice phone. But it’s just an accessory. Not the base unit.

I purchased this to replace an old handset. This is a good quality phone.

VTech-CS6909 Dect 6.0 expandable model has been on the market for three years. There have been enough small variations to make choosing the correct handset model difficult. Also, each handset cost about $42 which is more than I wanted to pay. I returned the set.

Okay phone. No bells or whistles. Works fine, worse feature is the screen. It's always too dark. Otherwise great bang for your buck.

A little hard to register to base. Had to get instructions by email from manufacturer but once I got those it was quick and easy.

Needed a phone for the office yes, I still use them

we needed a 4th wireless phone for our house and this fit the bill perfect to match our already existing phones.
