i cannot use all of the features because i don't have all of the services on my phone contract, but i am very satisfied with the phone per se plus its capabilities for expansion. it is lightweight, easy to operate, etc. i bought it because my oldest landline phone died recently (not the battery) and because your CEO was kind enough to offer me a gift card that covered about half the price. my landline is still my primary phone because i screen incoming calls; this is not possible with voicemail, which only provides you with a phone number, not the identity of the actual caller). it's a pretty phone as well. i am sure my mother, who loves the color red, will be envious when she sees it :)

After my phone quit working, I just needed an inexpensive landline phone to carry me until I could decide whether to cut my cable phone service and rely just on my mobile phone. This phone did the trick. It's compact, looks great, and is expandable, if I choose to do so. It's very basic, no answering machine, which I do not need because I have voice mail through my cable service. The two things that it lacks is that you have to press the talk button when you remove it from the cradle to answer it and it does not blink when you have a message waiting. My last phone did, so I was used to that. Other than that, it serves it's purpose well.

For years I wanted to replace my old home phone and never got around to it until now. This phone is a perfect replacement, it's easy to set up, battery last for days without charging, the range is great, the audio is loud and considerably clear, and if i need to add an additional handset, I wont need another phone jack. Great buy, I'm very satisfied.

Was looking for a simple cordless phone, that wasn't too expensive and had features like caller ID, voicemail, etc. Found it...love it..enjoying it!!! Was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and set-up. And at a great price too.

This is a great phone. It is light weight and has a great battery life. Also, I like the speaker phone feature, so when I am doing something I don't have to hold phone.

I was looking for a cordless phone for my bedroom. I found this phone to be a nice size with good features and easy to use. The small size fits perfectly on my nightstand and I am glad I purchased this phone from BestBuy.

Not a stellar list of features but calls are clear. Positioning of the earpiece may affect volume. Expandable system is good value for money when on a budget.

I found this telephone to be an ideal replacement for my previous name brand telephone/answering machine. The bright red color of this phone helps it stand out among the clutter in my home...making retreival a cinch when it rings. The basic features and low cost made this an easy choice and after several months of use...I beleive I chose well. Sound quality is excellent and battery life allows for lengthy conversations without interruption.

I needed a basic phone to add to the 4 cordless phones already existing in the house. It works well, holds a charge for a few days and has nice range.

Bought this phone to replace an older model cordless I had that was still working but wanted something smaller with similar features. Phone has the crisp, clear sound that it advertises. You can also store up to 50 calls in the memory which is way more than more old my phone. It's light weight which is a major plus. If I had to list a con it would be the fact that my older phone had one button to send calls and disconnect call whereas this phone has two separate buttons which took a little getting use to. Other than that it's a great phone!

Great Phone is crystal clear, love the color, and the speaker phone is wondeful

The phone is basic cordless phone. I have used it for 2 months now and no issues with voice quality, disconnection etc. Holds battery charge very well. It had spaker phone on the handset. Works well. Cons side, it does not have voice mail recording on the device. Not a big deal for me. Phone provider, in my case, vonage, provides one and just like mobile I can dial in and check the VMs. Over all a decent phone for the price.

Doesn't take up much space & looks terrific! I love the color! Makes a nice accent piece.

The sound quality, battery life, and range of the phone are adequate. However the memory for stored calls is limited and navigating through the menu/functions can be cumbersome and confusing.

This is a nice, compact phone with clear sound and a decent feature set, especially for the price. It has a small enough footprint and doesn't take up excessive space. No answering/message feature, which may be a factor for some, but not for me. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a small, convenient phone. It waits to see whether it remais trouble-free over the years.

My other phones ringer stopped working and I switched cable from Cox to Direct TV. I would rely on the caller Id on the TV with cox for calls. Don't have that with Direct and I needed a phone that would ring. Its clear no static.
