Instructions very difficult to follow. Was hopeing for something simple to set up and use any where in my home. Needed one more extension to make the complicated system handy. Have not been able to finish setting up the base to complete the set up. Have on idea why it is so difficult to program.

The item is so "STINGY" on the plastic, that it is very hard to place a phone into the cradle. THE MANUFACTURE IS VERY FLIMSY, all in the name of Saving Mfg. costs. Bad item. Will RETURN TO BEST BUY. 2.T does NOT ring, until our other phone start ringing.

Awful phone system to use in small business

It leaves double the amount of voicemails since I have the two phones hooked up, and while I’m taking to guests on the phone, it will cut out and read out my voicemail.

Not loving this phone
