Good Value - Good Quality. The ear piece is convienient and works well.

The phones and accessories are good overall. My only complaint is with the earbuds; they come in different sizes but they're still too big. Everything else was satisfactory.

Used as home phone Ease to use, Functional operable usable I like it!

The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that the ear piece does not stay snug on my ear. Nice features for the price.

I am especially pleased with the connect to cell feature, as I am not in the habit of carrying my cell phone with me throughout the house. Also, the Bluetooth capability is more preferable to the speaker phone when I'm multitasking. Setup was easy.

I CAN TALK FOR HOURS!!!!!!!! The battery lasts forever!!!

It's great as a phone but the headset does not stay on the ear. Keeps falling off or can't get it to fit correctly and still have people hear when I'm talking.

Operates flawlessly. Great connection between base and my cell phones. Has added a convenience of not having to forward calls from my cell to office when I arrive. Only drawback is the headgear. Works great as a wireless but the fit is horrible regardless of earbud size tried. Otherwise it is a great phone.

I really like this phone, I got it for days I work from home and have to take conference calls. It's great for hands free use!

I live out in the country, but still the phones are kind of staticy on most all calls with the headset or the hand held phones

This was another gift for a friend in Mexico , I really recommend this phone she was so happy to have this amazing telephone thank you again Best Buy to make my friend so happy. You really have the best item.

This is a nice size phone with an easy to see display. However, the clarity of the phone calls could be better.

I purchased V-Tech phone 08/04/14 but did not receive & get set up till after the 15th of August. I used the phone with earpiece for 2 weeks and it worked ok .....but the volume within the earpiece and the handset was not as good as some of the reviews stated. I was out of town for 7 days and upon my return I noticed the earpiece was not lit. I tried to make sure it was on charger but it still was dead after 1 hour. I called best Buy and was told that I would have to contact V-Tech Support as BB only had a 15 day return policy and my only recourse will be thru V-Tech. I called V-Tech but they are closed till Monday. Since I will be leaving on business trip tomorrow -----and not back till Wed-----It will be another week before I can get this resolved. This will be my last purchase with Best Buy----and I do not recommend this phone to anyone needing a Bluetooth headset!!!

one of the best features is if you add contacts to the address book on any handset it syncs to the others.

overall good product for price. Headpiece clup seems fragile but has not broken. sleek look and work good.

As far as phones go it works about the same. No problems setting up.

The product has broken after a couple weeks had to return twice very disappointed

Wish that they have ear head set that cut noise out
