My land line wasn't working for a while is the reason i purchased the phone but when I resolved that problem i was very frustrated that one handset doesn't work.

However, I am older and the instructions were confusing. Need a place label CALL to know what to do when making a call out. Has clear communication when talking and several features that are nice.
