Bought for work. Love it can walk around office while talking on phone. Not stuck at desk.

Not many people have home phones these days but this phone is perfect for home and business use.

Nice and easy to install, a lot of useful features. My wife is very happy with this phone.

I really love the ability to use the handsfree headset which is why I purchased this. Unfortunately the headset is cheap an doesn't sit on your ear well, which causes you to constantly have to fiddle with it and really makes it cumbersome when your intent is to be handsfree. I would recommend the Plantronics Voyager instead, much better quality.

Don't really know how to use the features yet. The voice screening feature isn't working. Will check the instructions to troubleshoot the problem.

Purchased this unit for my girlfriend. Only came with two handsets. I wanted a unit with more handsets but best buy did not offer any from this manufacturer with the ear piece. Salesman told me I could purchase two of the single handset units and add onto this system. This was wrong. The two units would not connect to this system so I had to return.

Ability to sync cell phones is convenient and easy. Ear piece is not designed well. Hard to fit correctly to your ear.

I wanted a phone that I could control: the volume, especially and the convenience of answering it via Bluetooth earpieces, as well as ideally being able to BLOCK unwanted calls the way you can with mobile phones. Perhaps I misunderstood the description of this item, but not only can I not block calls, when unwanted calls come in the phone rings up to six times, instead of the TWO at which I set it, and the volume never seems to go down. As for the Bluetooth: the one that came with it is OK at best, but when I try to use the one I use with my mobile, the call quality is awful and the signals are always getting messed up. I'm sorry I bought this.

when I book it on-line it shows 3 handset besides the headset and was surprise when it came it was this. Tried to operate it and was complicated specially for elderly.

It said it was expandable. I can't buy a 3rd hand set. The ear piece is awkward to use. Sound is poor on head set, messages are sometimes in clear.
