Still can't get the headset to work with my phone.

I returned these phones due to poor clarity and poor headset design.

Doesn't work proper wouldn't add my Bluetooth. It also woulndt let me add my cellphone

Bought this specifically because it included the headset. The headset works well, but sometimes falls off my head. Sound is good. Would have liked if it came with one more extension.

Great product for little money! Bought this phone this morning and was skeptical but after three hours of charging I will say that I am definitely impressed! My base unit is in a down stairs room of a 3,000 sq ft home but that doesn't stop this little headset! I have been outside as well as every room in my house with no signal issues. I have a clear sound regardless of where I have roamed. The metal band on the over the head is a bit thin and I found that it was not the best choice for me being active but I put on one of the optional ear clips and am truly hands free on my land line, better than my cell phone which I have to stay close to when on a head set. I truly hope that this review helps anyone who may be indecisive.

Its a good phone but you have to be lucky to get working unit in 1st order. Headset was not working when I first ordered it. Next time headset was working and sound quality is good, but earpiece holder connector was broken from headsets. I have ordered in again and hoping to get the working unit this time. No issues faced with handsets. Edit: the new headsets I have received have been working well so far. I am changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Bluetooth connector build quality is not great, don't try to change the connecting piece, just use the default one.

I got this product for my parents. My Dad especially needed the use of the headset. My mom needed the flexibility of two cordless phones and Vtech is much more reliable than AT&T brands. They are still using this setup, but my dad has lost interest in the headset, as it too needs to be charged. Plugin headphones are much easier to manage. Also, the headband must be detached from the mike boom piece in order to charge it, which is difficult to manage because the snap parts are so stiff. I do not recommend this product for anybody with loss of feeling in their fingers and lack of strength in their hands. You will not enjoy your experience with this headset in this setup. I gave this product 4 stars because youth to middle aged people should have no problems operating the headset and charging it.

I was looking for a desk phone with a headset option so that I could be on conference calls when I work from home. I love having the built in blue-tooth headset, hands free is the way to be! Read the directions thoroughly though, it can be a bit confusing when placing and receiving calls with the headset. Occasionally I have to repeat myself, but it's probably when I'm not talking at a decent level. Conversely, any movement or touching of the phone/headset gets picked up by the microphone and is very noticeable. Overall, it's not the greatest quality and the headset isn't the greatest fit (even with the extra ear clips and inner ear adapters), but you really can't beat the features you get for this price. I'd recommend this for an occasional user, if you are on the phone all the time, I'd look for something a little higher end.

Sound quality is good for both the base unit and the headset. But, I have had 2 headsets break on me in the first month of use. The bracket that holds the ear piece breaks off of the headset when it is taken off or put on. Kind of makes the headset useless when it has to be held in your ear by just the little ear piece - won't stay in and if I have to hold it in my ear, why have the headset?

2 of 5 stars, because the phone handsets work as stated. I bought the system for the wireless headpiece which allows me to talk hands free, while doing paperwork. But, after a few uses, the ear-loop breaks off at the attachment clip, which is a small plastic clip that cracks off and drops the headset. Had it replaced once. (a hassle) The product had to be shipped to Texas, and waited for 3 weeks to return a new one. New one broke in the same amount of talk time. 2 - 3 hours. I'll also mention that the actual ear piece that goes into the ear canal, (like an ear-bud) is far too stiff to be comfortable. Lucky to get 20 minutes of use before it hurts. I am not rough on my equipment, and have used many cell phone wireless earpieces and headsets without an issue. In this day and age of wireless headsets, I find it very frustrating that V-Tech cannot design a stronger ear clip attachment that won't fail after only 2 -3 hours of talk time!

Excellent phone, only problemishes is the headset. Fragile...

Lightweight phone which is great since my wife talks all day on it. Also comes with a Bluetooth ear piece which makes it useful if you're doing other things at home (hands free)

Great value. I purchased it for my mother, who is one handicapped and wanted the ability to go hands free. The ear piece made the hands free option possible! For the price, this system is an excellent value and it was easy to install and teach Mom how to use it.

Love the blue tooth plus extra phone. Representative in the store rated it very highly too.

Best Buy advertised this product as wall-mountable. It is not! Had to return for this reason so can't evaluate the product.

I purchased this phone after a storm ended my ATT phone that was 3 years old. So far ok, but the Bluetooth headset is not the best. I take a lot of conference calls and I get complaints that my voice is breaking up while using it. You need to charge the handsets for 3-6 hours for a full charge. There aren't many phones available with these features.

The photo shows three handsets, but this unit only comes with two. Nothing against the product, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. I'm going to return it and get the model that has three handsets AND the wireless headset for $30 LESS.

After having the phone for a year, all of a sudden I get a lot of static at my end - other end people can hear me just fine. Its not the phone line or interference - nothing has changed, the phone has been in the same place since the day I got it. Headset falls out of the ear, and it is always loose in the base.

Phone is good... Pretty good for those who work from home... Beware the picture is misleading .. you will only get only one base station and one addl handset and not two... That was the only bad part of this purchase :(
