Made this purchase after our old phone went out on us. This is a good value: includes 2 handsets and a hands free headset perfect for multi tasking while on the phone. UI is not as friendly as previous Samsung phone but it does have sound quality.

This phone system is great for my wife's salon. She put the earpiece in her ear all day and moved around the shop freely. Most of the time, both of her hands are wet or filled with some kind of hair or nail products, but she can still answer the phone. We connected her cell phone via bluetooth, and now she can answer both shop phone and her cell phone with one earpiece. She hasn't had any kind of connection issues or any problems with the bluetooth range. All calls come in loud & clear. She loves it.

The phone is fantastic and I really love the headset! Everything is very easy to set up and works great! There is one drawback and that is that the phone is not wall mountable, so I have to place it on a table. But this is not life threatening!

It was a gift for my mother. She loved the feature of connecting her cell phone to the home phone. Ease set up, great purchase.

Having used VTECH in the past, it was almost a no brainer to purchase, even tho it was a bit over the top for our small household, the price was in our range, and the product was known as a good company, so it now resides on the wall in our kitchen, I had to build a small shelf for it to sit on, and spend another $25.00 for wiremold to hide the added wiring for power to the unit, but now we are in the 21st century, and I'll have to admit, my wife is proud of me once again.

The remote ear piece is very useful in an office setting, leaving both hands free for other things, like the computer. While several ear hooks and an over head are supplied, it unfortunately does remain close to the ear. Workable, though.

This is a good phone set and the Bluetooth is a nice bonus for the headset. The only thing is the phonebook functionality is a bit clunky. I would recommend it but not convinced on the downloading of a cell phone phonebook.

I work from home and this phone was great to be able to talk and type. Took me a while to get used to what ear piece feels comfortable for me, but they give you four options. I am also able to sync my cell phone to the blue tooth device. Two cordless phones. One to plug into land line. The other just plug into an electrical outlet. Easy set up. I do, however, some times hear an echo or like I'm in a tunnel.

I work from home and conduct multiple phone conversations lasting hours and needed a way to keep my hand free during these conversations. I purchased the product and had no problems for about a week until the rotating clip for the ear hook broke (it is made out of plastic). I attempted to see if the rotating clip could be replaced but to date have not been successful. I enjoyed the quality and convenience of the product so I purchased another and was disappointed when the second rotating clip broke. I guess now I will look for a different product that will last longer than a few weeks.

Bought this phone combo set for my new home office and it works beautifully. The headset allows me to be completely hands free so I can type or write while on calls. It has a quiet hours function as well, no more 2 am calls waking me up. The call clarity is great as well. I also like the fact that it can be linked to my cellphone, I don't have to run across the room for the handset, that is unless my cell is sitting next to it.

I purchased the DS6671 because I decided to forgo the landline. For the most part the product works as advertised. Easy to pair with iPhone; however, ensure the iPhone is within 15-30 feet of the base for optimal call quality. The headset is great for long teleconference calls and a great add on if you are working while talking. I have, however, received complaints from folks that while using the headset the voice volume is much lower than that of the handset - I am looking to see if there is a way to remediate this issue, but have not found a solution thus far. Secondly, you must be aware that the call must be initiated with the handset, placed on hold, then picked up on the headset. If you turn on the headset while the handset is on, you will get terrible feedback.

This is a great phone. Easy to set up, includes Bluetooth with different size ear pieces. Connects to your cell phone, downloads your cell phone contacts into the directory, and rings through the house phone while you're home. Would definitely recommend this product!

Got the Vtech phones to work with my new cable phone line. Don't use it much for the landline part. But it works well when my wife bluetooth's it to her cell. I like that ability and also the headset.

I bought this product to use in a small restaurant in Peru, and it works very good, while I knew that it was for 110 and Peru has 220 AC, i think it would be great if this type of products would come with a more universal charger (similar to cell phones). Other than that, the product works great and provides the opportunity to multitask while receiving making phone calls with the ear piece.

It's so easy to connect the cellphones. The earpiece attachment in a nice addition.

The phone itself and message center function well, although I have not yet learned how to personalize the message. I have not yet utilized the cell-phone coupling system since this is less useful to me. The earpiece was disappointingly flimsy and after a couple of months of relatively light use, the plastic gripper holding the ear loop in place broke. I had to file it down to make it smooth and now use the earpiece like a Jawbone. I never really liked the ear loop anyway. If you find the right size rubber tip and if your ear and face are shaped just so you can make it work. Previous reviews I read did not disclose that the earpiece was flimsy.

You can connect your cell phone to your home phone and if you have problems doing so there is an app that does it for you. You can get your voicemail messages right off your hand held phone. The Bluetooth feature is definitely a plus. But most of all, the price for the phone pkg is excellent and affordable and i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the price tag!
