    Absolute pic eve of junk, spend more money and get aiming better. Picture quality is terrible, battery life is terrible, Field of view is terrible, it’s just terrible.

    Garbage, returned it. Connects to WiFi but cannot move camera at all remotely. My $20 amazon camera has more capacity.

    Garbage never connects and when it does it randomly stops the connection. Super disappointed….

    Not good . Speaker broke on us and I’ve only had it about 2 months . Dont even waste your time .

    Camera hooks up easy. Monitor is mediocre at best Ive git 250mbps wireless internet (500mbps hard line). With my gaming router, i get closer to 450 wireless, but as a rule of thumb I always cut wireless speed in half for reality sake. The app and the monitor are constantly blurry and need to be reloaded before its clear. Lets talk hardware. The monitor use to have a spring loaded kick stand that held it upright on my nightstand. Within 2 months, that spring loaded broke. Vtech did NOT warranty it and was not even willing to listen to me. They said since i didnt buy it (it was a multi-gift from a few family members that joined their money together to get it for us as a baby shower gift). Eithin 8 months of buying (2 months of use), that kickstand broke. They told me they dont stand behind their product and it mist have been broken by abuse. It wasnt. It never moves off my nightstand. Now comes the battery. 9 months in and the battery will hold maybe 3 or 4 hours before it dies. This product is great in thought. And the 1st 30 days are great. But it doesnt last and their customer support is absolute garbage. Wish i could share screenshots of their response. Will NOT replace this with another VTech product. I do not trust them.

    Not easy to connect to cell phone for dummies / but it can be done by knowledgeable person . Photo/ video is very small on cell phone . actually works as promised ,clear picture/reception

    Battery life on screen is weak

    I really like the clarity on the little screen but the battery life on the screen is maddening! Our battery depletes within an hour of charging it. We do not leave the screen on when we are not using the montior and the screen battery still dies!

    We got this monitor for our new born. We tried it out, and at day 40 it stopped connecting! The montior kept saying it qas unable to connect to the camera. I tried s soft reset, then a hard reset, then factory default...and sitll nothing. Luckily i purchased geek squad protection. However bestbuy did not prorate my cost and only gave me back the cost of the camera. I really liked the quality, but this happened...not sure if i want to try it again.
