I was hoping to find a headset to use with our 4-line V-Tech desktop business phone sets, and this was NOT a solution. The headset has to be registered as a unit (and there is a limit of 8 or 9 units allowed). To move between the headset and desk unit, you have to transfer back and forth. Disappointed. I thought it would have worked better since this and the phone units are both V-Tech. Maybe there's a better, upgraded model, and I just purchased an old model?

Unfortunately the description online states nothing about being solely compatible with certain VTech and AT&T products, so it was only when I got the product home and looked more closely did I realize that this product wouldn't work for me at all. Returned the next day and bought a headset that is compatible with my cellphone.
