    The headset is an awkward fit and I was expecting better sound and mic quality for the size. Much better service from my smaller Plantronics Voyager.

    I took it back after people not being able to hear me. Do yourself a favor and by the 450 it way better.

    For me, this unit was not the right fit. The audio was low and grainy. The headset arm was uncomfortable and tangled in my hair.

    This product is outdated and Isn’t comparable with the iPhone max. I would not recommend it for answer phone. I had one before and it lasted three years so I thought I would make another purchase 8 years later to no success.

    I am a truck driver. I bought this headset for use on the road and it is useless. The sound quality is so poor that I can't understand half of what I'm hearing. I wish I hadn't bought this headset.

    Absolutely horrible headset. Sound and mic quality are terrible. Constant complaints others couldn't hear me. MAde the switch to an LG Bluetooth headset and glad I did. Much better than this junk.

    You cannot conn3ct more than one device at a time, and it doesn’t stream music. How do you sell a headset for $80 that won’t stream music?

    I will be taking this back asap. The noise cancelling is great however, the quality of the speaker sucks it sounds really distorted.
