A great set of headphones at a great price. Good noise reduction.

I saw that these were over-the-ear, which is what I need because I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids. Well, the sound is great, BUT the ear cushions are too small, unless you are maybe 3 years old. I asked Blue Parrot if I could buy larger ear pieces, and they suggested the B450. It is obvious they do not understand what over-the-ear means for ear pieces, because the replacements were the same size. UGH! I guess I will have to find cushion replacements on Amazon.

Too flimsy for the price: -1 star. Too pricey for the mediocre music performance and charging cable that's way too short: -1 star. Headband isn't padded sufficiently and actually starts hurting after an hour or two. Bluetooth range is no better than typical Bluetooth headphones (~30-40ft). The Bluetooth range is way exaggerated and no one uses professional, costly equipment. -1 star. When using as a communication headset, voice sound is really good, although the mic is useless unless extended (hard plastic, not flexible in this model) and there's a very good chance for accidental breakage--it folds away in a very specific manner and if you stray from that manner, you may break it. I'd like to take away another star, but then the product would be entirely worthless. You fail, VXi. Considering your experience in communication headsets, you drop the ball here. Unable to recommend this due to the aforementioned issues (even with a really good voice performance).

Voice quality is good, not great. Connection to iPhone seems very good and easy to use. I have an issue that when I am using them and talking I can't hear my voice blended back in with caller like you do during a typical phone call. It's a little odd

These are probably the best Bluetooth headphones you can buy! Great sound listening to music and even better on phone calls. I drive a big truck and people often ask me where I’m at that the background noise is so quiet!

Just got this. Wife uses it for work and her important requirement was that the people on the other end of the line could hear her loud and clear. This unit accomplished that. It is also very clear on her end also. Since she just started using it can’t yet speak to battery life.

This product is not what I have come to expect from Blue Parrot. It is heavy and bulky, not as durable, has poor connectivity, and quite expensive

Love it, however setting up with mouse and keyboard was a disaster, I had to use my own and never could figure out how to use it. I am thinking that i was shorted a part

Pros: Easy setup, long battery life, isolates exterior noise, microphone great. Cons: Dual ear muffs makes it difficult to hear ambient exterior sounds when you need to do.

I bought these so I could listen to music and answer phone calls. The set pairs OK both my phone and my PC. However, when it gets down to medium battery (or what it calls medium), the connection between the device(s) and the headset starts cutting out. Just now, it reached 24% battery (which it reported as low) and then started stopping and starting my music on both my PC and my phone. Other than that, they are OK quality (I am used to Bose).

I bought these for my husband who is a trucker. I really enjoy calling him without having to hear his background noise. He also can hear the caller clearly. Hasn’t really complained of this product.
