This stylus is really easy to set up and use overall. It works well with Microsoft Office and even some online programs without any extra tools. My one complaint is that Adobe requires an extra purchase to be able to use it on PDFs, at least as far as I've found. Not a problem with the stylus, but a little annoying anyway.

Originally bought Dell active pen to go with laptop but it did not work had to come back and get the wacom bamboo pen which works beautifully

The stylist work good and was easy to setup for a novice.

I was looking for a stylus that would work with the digitizer touch screen HP uses, and this one works perfectly. The Bamboo website says the unit isn't on their compatibility list, but it works fine. Just download the drivers, follow the instructions, and you won't be disappointed. The feel is much better than the metal HP stylus, and works great.

The first pen I received didn't work. The second pen I received and physically brought my Dell Inspiron 13-7378 into store because I didn't want to run into issues but was reassured it was compatible turned out to NOT be once no one in the store would help me I had to drive home so I could connect to wifi to find out once again the product wouldn't work. I've been on the phone for 2 hours, (and currently still am on hold) transferred 14 times (I wish I was exaggerating) and hung up on 3 times. The two stars is solely for the pen probably being a good product when used on the correct device, but surely not for the horrendous customer service I've received and have yet to be helped. **********I enclosed a picture of my call log to prove the type of customer service best buy brings, you can also note up top the time 20:13 which indicates the amount of time I've been on hold and also the true time being 1934 to show how long I've been attempting to talk to someone about this issue.*************

My daughter loves the pen great for taking notes in class

I got this to go with my HP Spectre x360 and love it. I use it for note taking, editing and having clients sign documents electronically.

I needed to have GeekSquad help me get this working, which took them less than 3 minutes. I am discovering new uses for this all the time.

I bought this for my son to use with his 2 in 1 laptop/tablet. It makes navigating around on the laptop much easier. It allows him the ability to draw or use hand writting on the tablet.
