Bought another one, and it's working now. can use it to put sticky notes right on laptop desktop. There are various apps that you can download for it. Pretty nifty.

Great for Laptop and All in One

Great for the XPS laptops

Compared to the original Dell pen, this is by the far the best option out there. Unlike the Dell pen, this pen never disconnects, and the shortcut buttons always respond. Would highly recommend using it along side the Dell active pen SOFTWARE if you have a Dell laptop. The Dell software gives you more functionality, where as the default Bamboo software doesn't.

However, once I was able to get them to work together, I drew my animation and digital images like there is no tomorrow
