I love this smart stylus just be careful with the batteries. DO NOT pull on the top as it will break off quite easily. I use this for notes AND for giving presentations. That top button can be used to change slides in a presentation.

Took a bit of getting used to it. Refurb one was without battery

This item is really good when I got it on sale, works really nice.

Very good , works as expected, but geek squad forgot the battery.

Several people noted the refurbished pen was missing the battery. I can confirm this is accurate. Battery is cheap so no big deal. Overall works great and the battery I purchased has lasted for several weeks so far so the pen must turn itself off on its own.

Was dubious about ordering this since it was Refurbished Stylus. It works great.....much less cost than the MS stylus and does everything the MS unit does except it is not magnetic for sticking to the side of the Surface unit.

I received my package and was excited to try it out, unfortunately, it did not include a battery in the package. There is a section for one in the packaging but it is not there.

Well the pen works great. Although it did come with a dead battery so I had to take it into a Best buy store. They did replace it for free so that was a big bonus!

Works like a charm and immediately synced with my Acer laptop. You should anticipate not receiving a AAAA battery and buy some already. Must also have Windows 10 ink.

This was my first stylus purchase, novice that I am - shame on me for not checking compatibility first. I thought, brand new Win 10 computer/tablet should be no prob...not compatible stylus too old. The reason I went with the refurb is because I wasn't sure if I would like having the stylus enough to fork over $100+, sort of as a test run. The package arrived completely wrapped in refurb label, unable to discern if there were any instructions on carton but there certainly were none in the box. I am guessing at the battery size it uses since I have no idea. AAAA? This I found when googling stylus batteries. I found that it was not compatible on my new laptop when trying to download software and was told as much by the manufacturer. I am hoping it might work on one of our older model tablets, not sure I have to locate a battery first. I really wanted to try out a stylus, but have learned that the little research I did was quite insufficient. Highly recommend speaking to a store associate before plunking down money on a product like this.

Came without battery so that was additional expense. Also came missing one of the nibs. Stopped working completely after a few months. A total waste of money. I would give 0 stars if allowable. I will never purchase a refurbished item from BB again.

Bought this for my Yoga 720. I went with the refurb to save money and wasn't disappointed. Bought a battery for it, and it worked out of the box. No install required. Just connect via Bluetooth and I was ready.

First time a have a Refurbished product is working ok but the Stylus came without Battery and not manual

The product itself was in good condition but the battery was not included and now I've to order them!

Seem like a good solid product but unfortunately didn’t work with my tablet. I would’ve given it five stars if it actually worked on my tablets.

This was a Geek Squad refurbished Wacom pen. The only issue was the batteries which are on the original package were left out of the Geek Squad "refurbished" stylus. It is very difficult to find a store carrying AAAA batteries.
