    No directions was included in the box and no batteries. I had a Microsoft surface tablet. I did not like how the pen wrote on the tablet it’s skipped a few places when writing so I end up returning the item.

    We use this on our Dell XPS 15 9575 without any issues. I have also use dit on the lattitude 5290 2 in 1 and it works great at 1/5 the cost of Dell pen.

    Mine came without a batter, but I was able to get a bunch of batteries with amazon prime for very cheap. This was def worth the purchase.

    Worked great for a while until it didn't. I got it on sale so I'd say I got my money out of it as it didn't die for a while, but a dud is still a dud. Would've rather invested in something that worked well and was much easier to connect and continuously use as a graphic designer.

    I give 5 star purely for the Customer Service interaction. Here's my story ... i was excited to receive the Stylus just to find out it was missing an AAAA battery and one nib. Bummer I wasn't able to use it right away ... The Stylus looked in good physical shape; no scratches or lose parts. Once I contacted Best Buy Support the rep immediately processed a return label and ordered a replacement unit altogether. Just the interaction with the Rep deserves a 5 star rating.
