I thought the 2017 generation surface branded Stylus would work the best, but this Wacom stylus far surpasses. While the surface stylus works well on surface branded devices, this works just as well. This, however, works perfectly on non surface branded devices. The surface stylus does not. I don't have any devices with Wacom AES tech, but I can't imagine it working poorly on those.

It's OK it just came without the original package so there's really no difference from buying it brand new and refurbished

This a cool gadget and my 4 yr old daughter loves it to write draw and color.

My son threw my first pen in water, so I purchased this refurbished one as a backup. For the record, after it sitting in rice for a couple of days, it came back to life! I am happy not only with the quality, but also the price point of this.

Bought this thinking that I might save a few dollars. In the past, I've had good luck with Best Buy refurbs. Not this time. First thing to note, the AAAA battery is NOT included, inspite of the statement on the web page saying that it is. The first one came with a complete kit including instruction page, minus a battery and one nib. After calling customer service, the second one (I had to return the first one to a store, no prepaid shipper was provided) came without the instruction sheet, a broken nib holder, and NO BATTERY. Returned again. People at the store were very nice and understanding, but the web page still says it includes the AAAA battery. Don't bother, this is obviously not their best effort.

Purchased this smart stylus for my Google Pixelbook laptop as it was mostly compatible, but the stylus underwhelmed for a certified product. The clip holder was noticeably pulled back a bit. I couldn't stand it and ultimately returned it to the store. I bought a Google Pixelbook Pen elsewhere.

Works great! It is perfect! Writes like a dream. Easy to use.

My daughter loves this stylus it works great on her laptop.
