This is very easy to use, even for cutting your own hair-- and "easy to grip" makes a big difference. Great assortment of cutting guides and the over-the-ear guides work easily and with great results! The how-to videos on the Wahl website are very helpful.

Overall this trimmer is excellent for cutting your hair or beard without any clippers on you can definitely line up your hairline or beard line only thing is the hair clippers are cheap plastic material but work great still

So, either I don't know how to cut short hair like how a Norelco does, or it's just not for that type of cut. I love it, and I make styles with my hair. Can't believe why WAHL didn't make this thing sooner.

At first my husband hated it. He took the large rubbery handle off and that helped. And at first it was cutting jagged edges but after a few uses it seemed to stop. I think it had to do with low power. Overall he likes it now and says it works well.

After taking off the rubber grip which actually gets in the way, the clippers themselves are great starters for those who are beginning to cut their own head or others. Glides through thick hair easily and tapers fine.
