Pulls as many hairs as it cuts due to the motor being too weak. Power cord is cheap. flimsy and shorter than my last clipper. The outer rubber "ergonomic" covering is a nice idea in theory, however in reality its just a trap for cut hairs. The prior Wahl clipper I had was 3yrs old, with routine use, and was better in every way on it's last day than this one is brand new. Wish I had kept it and could just return this one. Very disappointed.

You could not tell by sound if it was on or off and shaving did not do a good job at all. Did not shave!! Waste of time trying to make it work.

Horrible clippers!
