    After getting home I opened the box and took out the razor and hair fell out!!! Very apparent it was previously used and returned!!! I’m sure the Health Dept, would not be pleased with this!!! This is the second survey I have filled out about this issue, apparently Best Buy can’t be bothered or care about this! WHY BOTHER CUSTOMERS WITH SURVEYS IF NO ONE BOTHERS TO READ THEM OR RESPOND!!
