Razor

Great haircutting kit

This new one is great! Excellent control with length attachments, ergonomic grip and quick trimming of my hair.

Awful customer service from BestBuy

I’m going to reach out to the company and hopefully get a replacement but Best Buy I called tried to speak to a Manager the call went to a call center and the message I left Best Buy never got back to me. So not sure I’m going to ever make a purchase like this at Best Buy again.

May need adjustment before use.

They may have needed an adjustment but I've never had an experience like that out of the box.

The worst

But this new one won't work after one usage without you oiling it profusely just to get it to work again. And it snags which it says it doesn't
