    This was a great purchase! No broken pieces and directions were perfect. It took about 90 minutes to assemble by myself. I would recommend getting shipped to the store and not your home.

    I cannot rate this item. This item has been scheduled to be delivered twice and on the day it’s suppose to be delivered, I’m told it’s not in the truck to be delivered. It’s been over four months and I still do not have the over four thousand dollar system installed. Now, no one will contact me after several attempts to contact them.

    I realize this item is heavy and cannot stop wondering how on earth they managed to damage this item beyond repair? I know most packages are dropped kicked to see how far they can go but this item is far too heavy! Only thing I can figure out is....instead of lifting the item, they just lifted it and dropped it over and over until they figured it was about as damaged as you can get it. Thanks for proving this item will NOT withstand any use what so ever!
