Piece of junk

The wood this uses is the cheapest stuff I've ever seen (it looks like dryed rice with glue) However best buy took it back and refunded the money, no questions asked, four stars to best buy, but stay away from this company.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We can take that information to our Product Development team and work on improvements. We apologize that you received damaged/broken pieces, unfortunately we have little control over what happens during shipping. The item is made of High-Grade MDF, or compressed wood fibers and resin. This construction allows us to keep costs lower for our customer, and MDF stands up better to heat and humidity than solid wood. But we understand it is not preferable for everyone and we will check with Best Buy to make sure the construction is visible on the listing. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

Couple of pieces broken upon delivery

Called the 800 number and they said it would take a month to get a new one. Was pretty disappointed.
