After 2/3 re-schedule was installed incorrectly. Per our electrician it is not too code and are going back to Pacific Sales to send someone knowledgeable to come and fix this mater which can be a fire hazard to the family.

Very bad experience. Damaged hood was delivered 3 times and in the last time the crew uninstall my old hood without installing the new one can the duct failing dow and smashed my glass electric top.

The wall mounted has a dent at the moment open the box and the ticket said excellent condition

Process was simple and had great customer service that also provided great communication!

Very nice, very quiet, and love the led lighting.

It's installed - finally. Took 2 crews before one would install it. It's a bit out of level and they marked up the cabinets a bit in the process. Wanted to charge us more for making up the cord to plug into the wall. Called my salesman and had that straightened out very quickly. If install wasn't part of the package I would had installed it myself or use my contractor that was doing other work in the house.

Beautifully modern sleek design. Looks amazing in our kitchen. Love the black stainless.

Installation was much more expensive than the cost of the item. It should be comparable. It was excessive, but I didn't have a choice. Item is not fancy, very simple extractor with only the filters covering the exhaust pipe. The function is good, just not please with the installation cost.

We've had this for a month, and it has been wonderful. My HVAC guy said it was the strongest one that we'd be able to put in and still be within code. One thing I didn't notice when we bought it was that it does not have a "low" setting, BUT the medium and high buttons each have 2 settings depending upon how many times you press them. The high setting is Really high, I forgot to turn it on before heating up the wok, set off the fire alarm, turned it on & it cleared the air in under 20 seconds. Which, while an alarm is blaring is unnerving but there was no lingering smoke in the air. The lights are very strong. And bright. As far as looks go, this is a basic sleek metal hood, nothing fancy. Magnets stick to it. The install was a bit tricky, they had to come back 3 times to get it in.

The hood is great--fits well, works well and is a good upgrade from what we had previously. We had significant difficulty with the install. When the previous hood was removed, the hole in the bottom of our cabinet did not accommodate the new vent. We had to leave the old vent out and call in a handiman to drill a larger hole. The team came back to install and were able to put it in place, hook up the electricity but could not connect the vents. They left with the job incomplete. We had to call back our handiman to complete the job. The final results are great, but there was significant frustration, cost and increased time with the install process.

I had to replace my non-working kitchen hood. This new hood by Thor is really nice. Somehow, I didn't care for the lights because they were a bit dim compared to the ones I had before. I purchased two new halogen LED lights to replace them only to find that they don't fit. Tried another set of lights and still won't fit. Apparently, the size of the light fixture is smaller than the general lights available in the market. Maybe because the hood manufacturer is from Canada? That was the frustrating part. The hood itself works great if you prefer a dim white lighting setting.

The fan finally came after 8 months of waiting. I am very happy with it. Powerful with 4 settings and lighting. The only drawback is it generates a lot of noise when on highest setting. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

First they delivery a hood a missing parts . They had to return it and send me a new one. It’s comes and when the geek squad comes to install they tell me filter it’s missing . I order filter comes with no instructions . Go to Best Buy they can’t print me Instructions … they tell Me to call geek squad and now geek squad it’s asking me to pay again ???? I had to spend $60 on the filter that was suppose to come with the hood ! Never again.

Installers were nice but the scheduling was a nightmare. The date was changed 3 times by them. Once they agree in a date, 5 days before the scheduled date I get a text and email that they were coming the next day, 4 days before the scheduled date. Called customer service to figure out what was going on and they assured us that the scheduled date was good and nobody was scheduled for the next day. Next day comes and the installers showed up.

The hood was not mounted well. The level of the hood was not perfect. They didn’t even fit the parts inside the hood. We realized it after the contractor removed the hood for tile installation. Never recommend these installation team to anyone.

Local BBY great - Do NOT buy ZLine, however! They only have 3 years parts ONLY warranty. Had an issue 6 mos into the installation and Zline sent me a "do it yourself" video on how to remove the blower motor and tighten the wheels myself. Seriously - on an $1,800 hood and only 6 mos light use. Corp BBY has a policy not to work on range hoods so only offered to swap it out (no longer making this color - which was not the color described, anyway - it's distressed olive not gray!) Thank you to my local BBY reps! They did fix it vs. the hassle of swapping it out. ZLine - ZERO points! Star rating should be lower and references ZLine only.

There was 4 failed attempts at install with this range hood. 8 calls to customer service. Finally a team that knew how to install a hood vent was dispatched and it's crooked. 3 month long process that was so bad it became comical. Customer service said theyd refund the install cost during one of the calls, but no one followed up. The vent itself is very hard to keep looking clean.
