Had it professionally installed. Works as promised and the app is easy to use. Charging rates vary but that's also a car battery issue (they charge at whatever charge they need and go up and down on their own). Overall, great charger!

I recently purchased this charger as new. I was having all kinds of issues with it. Originally it failed to update and it only came with a picture book with explanation on how to install. Once professionally installed i was only getting 20amps of charging capacity. It was hard to find a customer support number. Once i did i contacted them and they were able to log in and verify the low voltage. They asked why the electrician changed the voltage. No one had changed the voltage. There were no instructions on how to do so. The tech support then sent photos and directions on how to change the voltage. He said it defaulted from the factory at 48. It had been tampered with. You had to disassemble the unit to get to the voltage settings. Also the rep asked where my manual was. I told them it did not come with one. Just the pics for installation and QR code for registration. Again he said that was weird. I tried to get the company advertised by Best Buy to install but they had ended their contract and were no longer accepting jobs. Best buy told me it was my responsibility and the electricians to know that unit had been tamperee with. How is it that a certified electrician did not know because the unit literally had to be dissassembled to find it but best buy expects the lay person to know. They knew that unit was a returned unit. The charger works well minus the glitches it took to get it going. I would buy directly from wallbox next time as customer service recommended. I would have saved money on two installs as they wallbox would have backed their product.

Not working since day 1. Got error 120 not support from phone or email.

Bought two of these. One works fine. Second one is plagued with issues. Support is horrible about following up. Was able to get someone in the phone but if your device refuses to connect to any WiFi or hotspot like mine, they do nothing.
