I purchased this WallBox charger for my Electric Mustang. Works perfect. Smart Box so Wifi and BlueTooth capability and i use both.

Replaced my JuiceBox40, as no longer supported, with this Wallbox. Installation was straight forward with no issues. Backplate was hard plastic but worked so far attached to the wall. JuiceBox did have a metal backplate (mounting plate) and built-in lock. Wallbox app worked with no issues. Mainly use the vehicles settings for charging still. Will follow-up if have further issues with the product.

I researched several other brands, I believed this would serve my needs the best. I phoned a friend who is an electrician and now an exec with a very prominent company. He not only agreed with my choice but said he had installed one at his sister’s house for her VW ID4. I like that it is both Bluetooth and WiFi and that I can set schedules. The installation process was plug and play. Anyone can do it. I am really pleased.

I bought the charger to charge 2024 Huyundai Ioniq 6 (77kwh). In 10F it takes about 7 hrs to fully charge. It’s rated as 9.6kwh and it does 9.5kwh. Due to how my prooerty is designed i had to add another panel to the garage. The main is 200Amp, with second panel going from main on 60amp. Charger is on 40amp braker and takes it all (no reserves). Cable is long enough (25ft). It was super easy to install and connect. I set up everything in 5 minutes. The app works great with iphones.

This is has been a great level 2 solution for my EV. This was my first experience with a level 2 EV charger and it has delivered on all the promises. I really like that this one has a app that allows you to see how the charging is going and it estimates how much you are actually spending on charging.

the callbox charger works excellent. easy install and easy to set up the bluetooth app. only issue I had was the unit was sent to me from Best Buy without instructions or the wall mount bracket. Unfortunately it was past the 14 day return window when installer came. when I called Best Buy they told me too bad, past 14 days so I was stuck. fortunately callbox has better customer service than Best Buy and have sent me a replacement part, thank you callbox, Best Buy not so much. also when I hooked up unit and paired app I saw it had been used twice in February to charge something, meaning someone else received this unit before me. That is probably where the missing items are located, thank you Best Buy for checking the unit before shipping to another customer without checking contents if that is what happened.

This thing is great. Easy to use, app is cool and easy to navigate. Shows how much electricity you spend every time you charge. Pretty cool. Even the customer service was great. Had an issue with the app, helped over the phone for an easy fix. Give it 5 stars all the way around

My first EV so studied charger options very carefully. After reading tons of reviews, finally decided on the Wallbox. The $200 BB discount ($449) also helped sway me. Excellent quality and very pleased with purchase. Easy installation after electrician added new 50a/240 line to fuse box in garage. Really like that the cable holder can be easily mounted anywhere. Unit was very easy to connect to with both blue tooth and wi-fi. One criticism is that plug length should be longer. So you'll need to be careful where new outlet is installed. Highly recommend!

This is an expensive option for an EVSE. I had debated between this and a Grizzl-e. In the end I went for this due to it's small footprint. It was easy to install and plug in the NEMA outlet. I purposely derated it to 24AMPs so it is easy on the our electrical system. at 24 AMPS I still get about 5 kwh per hour of charge. That is about 20 miles with my EV.

The product worked as expected. Its best feature is its size, as it doesn’t take up much space. Additionally, you can move the handle to different areas for better access and convenience with its included attachment.

I bought this charger based on a lot of research, and I’m not disappointed. Installation and setup was quick and easy. The Wallbox app on my iPhone made updating the charger a breeze, and with a little bit of information, shows me what I’m paying in electricity cost to charge my car at home. The bug and cable feel high quality, and well constructed. Overall, I’d recommend this level 2 car charger to anyone.

This charger does wxactly what I wanted it to do. Its easy to install in minutes and even easier to use. It charges better than the one that came with the car.

I bought the Wallbox because of professional reviews and for its compact size. The unit is working well so far. My only compliants that earned it 4 stars are some clunky app interface issues. The device had an update but applying it failed a few times before it would install properly. It also gained a function to put the light ring on standby unless you interact with the device which was appreciated, but the light flickers in one corner the entire time its “off”. Im remaining hopeful thag another software update will fix it.

I’ve had it for a month now. So far so good. It is easy to install, you can set the max amperage so you don’t overload your electrical system, and you can see usage info on the app. You can use it either as a plug-in charger or a hard-wired charger. In my case, I already had a 240 outlet for a car charger, so I just plugged it in after mounting it on the wall.

We love the charger. Works with Tesla and other EVs as well. Currently using it with a dryer splitter so no need to pay $1,200 bucks to have an electrician install it. Simple app works well, and receives updates pretty often.

Ordered this unit from BestBuy and arrived pretty quickly. I had previously purchased the heavy gauge cable and additional breaker. I took me ~50 minutes to install the unit (hardwired with hidden wires behind sheet rock - I have the proper electrical training to do the job), the holder for the cable and connector, and installing the new 50A breaker in the power panel. The unit works extremely well and I’m totally pleased.

Worth the money and every EV owner should get level 2 charger. Works great with my Fisker ocean. Out puts 7Kwh and schedule works fine too.

This is an excellent EV charger. The only thing I wish is that the cable that connects to the NEMA 14-50 outlet was a little bit longer. My NEMA outlet, unfortunately, was installed with the ground up, so I had to plug the charger in by doing a U of the cable. The cable seems to hold nicely, but I just wish it was a little bit longer. The app that works with the charger is awesome. I really enjoy all of its features like schedule charging, the notifications it provides so that you remember to plug in at night, and the fact that you can input your electricity rate and it lets you know how much each charge has cost you. I do think the value is a little bit off, as I think this should be priced lower than what it is. Besides that, this charger is excellent as I love how small and compact it is compared to many of its main competitors. I just wished it was a little bet less in price.

Bought this to replace the bad charger that came with my EV after 3 years using it. So far so good and I love it.
