This is an excellent EV charger. The only thing I wish is that the cable that connects to the NEMA 14-50 outlet was a little bit longer. My NEMA outlet, unfortunately, was installed with the ground up, so I had to plug the charger in by doing a U of the cable. The cable seems to hold nicely, but I just wish it was a little bit longer. The app that works with the charger is awesome. I really enjoy all of its features like schedule charging, the notifications it provides so that you remember to plug in at night, and the fact that you can input your electricity rate and it lets you know how much each charge has cost you. I do think the value is a little bit off, as I think this should be priced lower than what it is. Besides that, this charger is excellent as I love how small and compact it is compared to many of its main competitors. I just wished it was a little bet less in price.

Love this charging unit! Super easy to set up and install. App is intuitive and makes it simple to set a schedule. Took less than 15 minutes to install and start charging.

Bought two and hardwired them to utilize the same 50A circuit (you can remove the 14-50 plug if you so choose) via the Power Sharing capability (requires an ethernet cable between them). Now if both of our vehicles are plugged in, it splits power so they can both safely charge simultaneously. So fast and effortless, I love them.

Works very well. App is useful to track energy expenditure and to schedule charge times. Only gripe is the wallbox led is on all day, does not dim or turn off. Otherwise pleased with purchase

Charger has worked well now for Summer, Fall and Winter. Outdoor installation on outside of brick house down by professionals. No issues that they complained of. App works well with scheduling. The light flashing is pretty bright, but fun.

With this being my first EV charging unit I was about to pick one from Amazon but remember my Total Membership and checked Best Buy and found this one in stock! Easy to mount, good quality cables, and the app features have been helpful for charging our first EV.

Compact design and like the idea of plugging it in. Charged EV quickly and displaced lights when charging. Auto shutoff.

This was WELL worth the money! It charges overnight usually in 6-8 hrs. The 25 ft cord is a plus as well! I caught it on sale as a Best Buy + member!!!

This charger is compact and the wall mounting unit seem to be solid. However, I could not get the unit to connect to the app. I tried resetting it multiple times and no luck. The 14-50 cable is VERY short, and it is a bit uncomfortable to have it so close to the plug. additionally it is stiff and when I pulled it in, it seemed to put some torque on the wall plug and I could not keep it flat.

I really like this product. Charges my car quickly and all the perks with the app are a nice touch!

Easy to install and working as expected. No complaints after a week of night charging.

Working great so far. Had the electrician add the 14-50r outlet to my sub panel. My Mini charges at 32 amps and thru the app I was able to adjust it down from 40 to 32 amps. Was just using the 10A charger that came with the car, so it is great to have it charge so much faster - less use planning needed on my part!
