Do to In overwhelming schedule at the Manchester NH store, i went to the to Concord NH store. Those 2 guys Jared and Jeremy are believably remarkable with their knowledge on ALL the items they sell in the automotive accessories department. If one didn't have the answer, the other did, and vice versa. Would highly recommend if anybody needing anything or information related to that department to definitely go talk to either one of those 2 guys, well worth it, good going guys And thank you ever so much for helping me with my newly purchased devices.

Auto component technician Melodie Wilson has to be one of the most pleasant AND most technically competent service techs I've ever encountered in any trade. Excellent customer service skills, explains in great detail what she intends to do, and then recaps just as comprehensively. The quality of her work is exceptional, and I can not thank her and Best Buy Fort Collins enough! Double this technician's hourly wage or salary or you'll lose her!

Patrick, in the auto bay, was excellent. There was confusion at the regular Geek Squad desk about how to schedule an appointment to repair a problem with a truck stereo we had installed by Best Buy. I ended up talking directly with Patrick and he was able to clear everything up for me and also schedule a repair appointment. Our appointment also went well. Patrick was professional, helpful, and friendly.

Vert disappointed with ths product. Extremely finicky. There is a delay sometimes when playing podcasts, fast forwarding, or rewinding whearas other times its ok. If i have the directions on while playing a podcast, the podcast stops completely when the voiceover gives the directions and only turns back on when it gives me the next set of directions which is extremely annoying. This goes on whether i use the Spotify app, Youtube app, or Google podcasts app. Not worth the amount of money I paid for it. Geek squad also installed it and looked at it a second time. Not sure if the installation was poor or if the Alpine reciever is just bad. Its not very user friendly either.

The Geek Squad Tech that checked out my stereo system that was installed several years ago was very friendly kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing what he was finding how he fixed the issue always having in my steering wheel with my controls for my stereo. And I left there feeling confident that everything was done perfectly.

Had some work done to fix a problem with the speakers in my SUV. Had them replaced and discovered another problem with the amp. They took care of that too. They really stand behind their work and are always so friendly. I keep turning to them for a reason.

The agent who helped me was amazing. He found that the technician from another store who connected my stereo did it incorrectly. He fixed the issue and spent extra time to be sure it was done correctly. I am so grateful for him. My system sounds so much better now. Thank you

Technician Derek was very helpful and patient to resolve my issue with Metra wiring harness for my Evo X, problem is with the harness and there is no support for it. he fixed the issue with his expertise. I always recommend Geek squad for their warranties and for their service.

The agent Terrell really helped me with my car installation and was a super friendly dude. He made the process for fixing my apple car play in my navigation system quick and easy! Definitely worth it.

I purchased a kit that would turn my rear view mirror into a rear view camera. The tech worked overtime trying to make it work on my car. It would not work on my car.

It took 4 tries (and 4 trips) to get the system properly installed. To me, that's excessive. But it eemed to be their business-as-usual.

I brought my truck in to have my Kenwood DMX 9707s looked at. The technicians did a great job diagnosing the problem was that I needed an new car stereo. I've had it for a couple weeks and the back up camera failed again. I'm very disappointed this issue has happened again and don't know when I'll have another entire afternoon to wait at Best Buy for it to be replaced. I would like the Geek Squad to come to my residence and replace it here.

Geek Squad tried to fix my Boss car stereo. It was a recurring problem, so they refunded my account, and I was able to purchase a new stereo. They are always Professional and helpful.
