Installation it was ok, everything worked fine for over 3 months. Now the dash camera display is turned on and off constantly, also the display has horizontal lines. I been trying to contact them 3 times to schedule a repair and it been a hard task, from transferring my call to 3 different departments and end with a recording message. Really disappointed after being a total tech.

I really like the JVC but I have had two of them installed in my Ford Transit and both times were a really bad experience. The first time I brought my van in they did not have all the parts and had ME order them from Crutchfield. Once all the parts came in I went Back to the Best Buy In Morgantown WV. I spent all day waiting for the completion of the install to find out I had to come back because they had to order another part (they ordered it this time) so my steering wheel controls would be able to work with the radio. I went back to the store 4 times. Fast forward about a year and the first Radio stopped working. I had the Geek Squad warrantee on the radio so they did replace it for free. I went through almost the identical scenario as above with the second radio. I had to go back four times until they had the radio working. I live 40 miles away and spent 4 different days at Best Buy waiting for my radio to be installed. On the plus side. I went and talked to the manager and he took some money off of the cost of the first radio and he also gave me a gift card which helped with the sting of driving back and forth and spending four days in Best Buy. The last person that worked on the radio did a really good job and another bonus is, I had a rattle under my dash ever since the first radio was installed. He found that the first installer left the factory 4 inch screen under the dash and pig tailed in the the new radio, Now that he removed the 4 inch screen all is good and there is no rattle and the stereo and back up camera work great.

The geek squad is amazing! I am so glad I am a total tech member!! Highly recommend total tech because geek squad makes it totally worth it!

Geek squad installed a radio and back up camera in my 2004 Hummer. They did an excellent job! System works well and they tied it into the existing speaker system.

Having the Total Tech Support was awesome in that Geek Squad tech was able to replace a blown out subwoofer in my 4 Runner at no additional cost other than the part itself

Very good service, Blake was able to resolve my problem in a reasonable amount of time, He also took the time to tell me what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable people they all were very professional. Chris was exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure that what we needed got done.

The Geek Squad installed my sons monitor and back up camera. Scheduling was easy. The installation was painless and they did a great job.

Nice phone but not much improvement practically speaking over the iPhone 12 Pro Max. There are 2 reasons I went for a new iPhone 14: (1) better battery: I find that the battery is not much better than what I had on the iPhone 12, esp. given the age of my trade-in, which was down to 91% of the battery chargeability); (2) Antenna: I don't find the antenna in the 14 any better than what I had in the 12, unfortunately. Nice phone but not much different overall.

Agents installed my new car stereo. Then a few days later,radio was intermittent with bluetooth. Geek squad did a great job troubleshooting.

After having system put in ten years ago sound went out they got me in and Fixed my sound system for free it was a fuse

Nice ! I like best buy and the prices are reasonable ..I was needing my radio and speakers installed and you all did that for me ...I do appreciate it all best buy..I'm a customer repeat

The technicians are very nice people. However, at the time of this review my remote start still isn’t working. I’ve been back to them twice since the install. Two separate occasions with the same issue and it’s not resolved. I will have to take it now for a third time. It’s very frustrating.

The appbmade me make an appointment to return a blender that had a crack. I get to the store Nd fet redirected somewhere else. Then ibwas told i needbto bring everything that was originally in the package and come back. Would have been nice to know all this instead of having to do multiple trips.

Quick install, very polite. Only difficulty was getting an appointment. But mgr was able to solve.

The Geek Squad installer did an outstanding job troubleshooting the problem my backup camera and then installing a new one.
