Hello, I couldn't be happier with the Delivery service I received. The 2 guys Randy and Diego Lucio, we're professional and courteous. Explained every step. Delivered and installed the items, and then showed me the basic instructions to operate the Washer and Dryer. They took care not to miss anything. It was an overall positive experience. Thank you BestBuy!

BB does not have instructions about drip pan during purchase or on web site. Installers came and took out washer and dryer but said I had to have plumber install new drip pan and they aren't allowed to wait. Ok fine, except they didn't give us option to not take delivery of new washer and dryer. They just put new W/D in small laundry room. They gave me two seconds to decide if I wanted to leave washer in hallway. I said there's no room in hallway but after they put W/D in room I asked if they could put in hallway because now they I would have to lift heavy washer out to install drip pan. It would have taken them 2 minutes but they refused, said it was 6pm and they had another job. So I had to hire guys to help me remove W/D and then install drip pan and move back W/D into room.

Arrived as scheduled. Finished install in a timely manner. No problems.

The bestbuy installation team were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure my washer was well installed and doing all that was necessary to get it done properly. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and support.

We ordered a new $1,100 washing machine from Best Buy. Both deliverers were rude and impatient, they scratched the machine carrying it downstairs and they didn't install it properly: - One of the feet was extended too far, making it very wobbly - None of the locknuts on the feet were tightened as per the instructions - The water drainage pipe was installed precisely how the instructions said not to install it They were also difficult to communicate with and moved the dryer when we were asking them to reposition the washing machine, unhooking the dryer lint vent in the process. We only noticed this after they left and had to re-attach it by first moving the 200lbs washing machine out of the way then back into place. Luckily we were thorough and read the instructions, allowing us to correct the installation before using it. I can easily imagine somebody getting a new washing machine and thinking that it was installed properly, then running into problems with it down the line and blaming the machine instead of the shoddy installation, which would be unfair to the manufacturer.

Guys were great. As for the Samsung washer, front load, not so great. They won't replace it and the weight breaks, so far 2 times in 2 years.

The installation of the product was great..Everything was turned on before leaving and washer was installed properly. The only thing I was not happy with was that the steam hose was not included for hookup with the steam dryer.

I purchase this machine because a was in need of a new washing machine, I was very surprise of all its mechanizim. It even has eco friendly wash cycle. The most important thing is that the spin cycle leave your garments almost dry, it take less time for you cloth to dry in the dryer. Which makes it more cost effective and less time doing laundry.

Installers were in and out. They went in to check the area and see if the washer will fit through the staircase and doorway. Definitely get this option!

Washer installation was a smooth process and it finished quickly.

Bought new washer, along with standard installation by best buy, hassle free installation, my laundry in upstairs, and machine was quite heavy, the guy accidentally scratched the back side of washed in the stair, but it's ok, not a big deal, can't see it, over happy with entire process.

Great experience with home delivery and install for washer and dryer. Tech did a great job placing and hooking them up in a small closet location, then took time to put everything back as it was originally. Very courteous, tested both units, and made sure to point out the warranty cards. Highly recommended.

The two techs were completely professional and courteous. And it was clear they both were highly knowledgeable of the installation. I'd definitely recommend them to any and all using the geek squad. It's a breath of fresh air to have had the two professional technicians install my washer and dryer. Five stars hands down for sure.

Had to schedule multiple times. Stay on top of communication with Best Buy, as they bring contractors to you. They tend to not want to do anything and will try to leave before everything if you’re not on them before they come and establish what is to happen. Though we did ultimately get the washer install after a few botched appointments.

My Whirlpool Washing Machine is easy to use, and there are many options (i.e. heavy duty, normal, quick wash, etc.). My only complaint that it is a bit noisy. Overall, great product. I've been using Best Buy for appliances for a few years, and I have always been extremely satisfied.
