My installation was a bit tricky but they put in a great effort.

After paying around $3,200 on a new front loader washer and dryer (Whirlpool), and the pedestals. I had to spend 90 minutes of my own time after the installers left to do what the instructions stated. Including simple leveling. If the washer and dryer had feet, to remove them, and place the units on the pedestals, as well as securing them with 4 screws, NONE of that was done. Look at the pictures for yourself. What did Best Buy offer? to give me $20 back. If you're in the market for $3,200 appliances, go somewhere else. The installers were both very nice, not sure what happened.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever experienced. My wife was home to let the installers in. She called me saying that the installer was saying that the washing machine was not going to fit. I explained to the installer that I had ordered the exact same machine that was already in place and gave him what dimensions the machine I ordered should be. So they proceeded with taking the old washer out. When they took it out there was water left on the ground. The installer asked my wife to clean it. My wife refused, considering we have paid for a "professional" to do the work. They did not even bring anything to wipe up with. My wife ended up handing the person a towel. My wife then asked them if there was a cover that needed to be installed under the washer. They immediately told her no, and they proceeded to do the water hookups and then left. Yes, the machine fit just fine. When I came home and inspected what they had done, I noticed that the base plate to the outlet where the washer was plugged in had been broken (picture attached). Noticing this first issue, I decided to check the installation a little closer. As I checked the hoses to see if they were on tight, I got a metal splinter in my finger. When they tightened the hoses, they evidently damaged the knobs of the hoses. So now, you need gloves just to touch them. I also noticed how they "secured" the drain line (see attached picture). It looks like they used a piece of plastic they just found around. When I was looking at the hoses behind the machine, I saw something hanging behind the machine. It was a base cover, the one that my wife specifically had asked them about. They just completely ignored it and just left it hanging on the back of the washer (see picture attached). My kid later found the screws laying on a table next to where the washer was installed. I did not want these incompetent, disrespectful people in my house again, so I ended up installing the base cover myself. The next day I called Best Buy to request I get reimbursed for the installation and the damaged hose. They told me that because the installation had been completed, they could not reimburse me. Even after explaining all the blunders, all they offered me was a $30 gift card to Best Buy. I refused it because, after this experience, why would I want to do business with a place that thinks this was a complete installation, insulted my wife, and they did not even address the broken outlet plate. I think I should be reimbursed for the installation, the damaged hoses, and the broken outlet faceplate.

Installation was smooth and clean, the installers even offer to swap door orientation if I wanted (nice touch!)

Works correctly-Installed easily - installer had no problem connecting it! Love the LG Washer, and the musical tunes it makes when finished washing a load of clothes.

The crew came and did not manage to solve and then decided that they did not want to install the washing machine in the second floor. It was left in the garage. The person that spoke Spanish was terribly rude telling us if we wanted our money back and treated us to take the washing machine back to the store.

The third-party company hired by Best Buy to install our washer and dryer installed the unit wrong and flooded our walls with water--spilling out into THREE ROOMS. Not only did we have to have someone come out to cut giant holes in our wall to remove damaged sheet rock, we had to have fans blowing for over two weeks to dry the wall out to prevent mold. The floor in our hallway is completely ruined from water damages and total cost is around 3500 to repair. Best Buy told me they weren't responsible and passed me off to their insurance Sedwick, who then said they weren't responsible and it was on the third party that they hired WITHOUT my permission and we're almost two months into this without anyone doing anything to fix the problem. The issues I've had dealing with the third party have been a nightmare. My last talk they told me it wasn't there responsibility to train their installers and if I choose to pursue this, it would come out of the pocket of the guys who already dont make much and she was hinting I shouldnt do that to them during this time. I expressed--it was not my problem if they were not properly insured to protect the people they hired and that they need to fix the problem created by them. Our family is expecting a baby in three months and was hoping to have repairs finished by then--at this point, I doubt that will happen. As of 7/25/20, my husband and I had to pay the $500 due to the contractor because the invoice was 6 weeks over due and we still have had no one provide us an update on coverage. I'm extremely disappointed that Best Buy has not helped us fix the situation and advocated to have the damages repaired since they were the company that we hired. They have done nothing, at one point a rep mentioned a "Make it Better" gift card, but we haven't seen anything for the headache that has been forced upon us. All we want is the damages fixed that were caused by the installation we paid to have professionally installed.

The installers arrived on time. They were polite and very professional. They showed up with PPE and practice social distance. I did they same. They did a great job!

Washer wasn’t working properly after they left and yes I read the manual and not sure why when I washed my clothes were still dry but it used y detergent. When it lights up you can’t read what it’s on under the lighted part.

Everything was going smooth and as anticipated, the drivers arrived on time within the time frame that was given to me. Then after they begin to unload they started arguing inside my garage for all my neighbors to hear and see at 8 something in the morning. Then while bringing my washer upstairs I heard a bang. I then finally go and see what was going on because I was cooking breakfast around the same time. The delivery guy hooked up my old vent for my dryer instead of putting the one I paid for on it. Then that's when I noticed a dent at the bottom of my washer. I was like oh no baby what are you doing? He then goes to say it's just a little dent!! Now I'm furious because I was just working at Best Buy DDC and couldn't believe I received a damaged purchase.

The first installation was good. The salesman forgot to include our pedestals so those did not installed until the 4th time . Then when the installers came back on the 4th time to install the pedestals they scratched and dented our dryer.
