Took 3 washers to get one that worked properly and the installers ranged from very good to so so. Spin cycles are intense and stretch and tangle my clothes…but after taking moths to finally get one that actually worked right I fave up and just manually reduce the spin cycle…something I’ve never dealt with in 50 years of using washing machines.

They came to my home a total of 4 times. Causing me to miss work. And my washer still shakes while spinning. Only on the last trip did they realize the hardware for the dryer does not fit. My husband had to purchase some and he hooked it up. I will not use delivery or set up ever again.

This is the 2nd washer delivered and installed within the past few weeks. The first one leaked, someone sent out and very good visit, instructed us that we would get another washer which was brought today. The men who installed it scratched it terribly. I finally got a lady on the phone at headquarters that could speak English after having to deal with multiple ppl who couldn’t, and she was very helpful and kind. (American). She satisfactorily solved my issue and we will be receiving a 3rd washer next week.

My washer was so off balance I was afraid to use. All of the wrapping was left on, machine was not pushed in fully. The driver was in a huge hurry stating he 'had to go because it was raining'. It was sprinkling. Im not sure if he supposed to show me how the washer worked, because he did not. Left my old hoses on the floor of the garage

Had nothing but terrible experiences with BBY appliance delivery (aka outsourced) personnel. First was my girlfriend trying to get a fridge delivered, the delivery guys were rude, unhelpful and didn’t want to explain why they couldn’t deliver the fridge and it “wasn’t their problem”.
After that experience we weren’t interested in having anything else delivered by BBY but then our washer stopped working and they had a great deal on it. These delivery guys were polite enough but too much in a rush to take the door off so they left nice scratches in both sides of the washer and didn’t see the big dent on the front. Finally the guys that came to swap it out for a undamaged one called by 20 minutes after the end of the window when they were supposed to be there to tell me they were on their way. At least since I took the door off ahead of time for them they managed to not scratch it during delivery.
To top all this off neither of the installer teams for the washer bothered to use the new hoses the BBY sales guy told us they “have” to sell us. The first team didn’t even leave them with us, and I had to ask the 2nd team for them so I had something to return.

I had a small appliance "installed" today and was left with it not hooked up, parts missing and two large cracks in my drywall. Installers did not tell me about the cracks in the wall either which did not help. I had to point it out to them to have them admit fault.

Intallers dented washer while installing it and both times they came to the house they left a mess of paper and Styrofoam on the drive way. Installers are not very careful when installing and moving items.

They forgot to hook up the return hose. As a result it damaged my floors. I still have yet to hear back on how you are going to help with the damaged flooring.

Best Buy's washer installation failed to follow manufacturer instructions. After discovery power failure caused from water draining to the first floor, it was found to be from water in the laundry. Upon further inspection, Best Buy's installer failed to install the drain hose into the drain. Best Buy was contacted the same day and has failed to call me back in 24 hours for the property claim request. Best Buy's offer to also perform a reinstall has failed. They called within one hour of the reinstall time to advise their driver was in an accident. More than a day later, no one has called to follow-up on the reinstall.

Disappointed with the installation of my new washer. First, i noticed the washing machine was not in a box on the truck, i didn't order an open box product, otherwise it would have been cheaper. The install only took about 5 to 10 minutes. They came in set the machine down, hooked up the water connections placed the drain hose, plugged it in and said i was all set. They didnt level the machine or perform a test run, i had to ask for the manual for it too. I then noticed they didn't put the hose guide for the drain and they didn't leave the one which comes with the machine either, probably because the gave me a used machine with the soap spots i noticed in the drum. The only thing they did was attach a zip tie to hold the hose in place, which they attached to my cold water valve and now the valve is facing the wall instead of the front, i pray the valve isnt leaking behind the wall because of the carelessness of the installers. I hope someone at Best Buy reads this and tries to make this right.

Terrible installation of washer dryer stacked unit. The attached photo shows how the units moved dramatically after completing one normal wash cycle. The units were in perfect position prior to wash. They vibrated so much
that they moved dramatically to the point one could not even open dryer door. The installers connected the washer and showed it ran but they did not run spin cycle to show proper balance. Furthermore, these installers "discovered" there was no plug for the washer electrical cord. They used extension cord to show it worked. This is despite having come several times before and postponing installation for one matter or another. The units are unsusable.

The installation was completed and done right . However I got a brand new washer and it’s doing the same thing . Smh, water is coming out of the washer , water is all over the floor due to the washer , I’m beginning to think I made a bad purchase.

The "Professional" installation team (sometimes consisting of 1) is not. They're movers. We had one leave the Hot water valve slightly open and flooded the room. Then he told me that we would need to call a plumber to replace it before we could get the install. Imagine the look on his face if he would have seen me turn the know a little bit and stop the flow.
If you do use their movers, supervise the install from the truck to its final resting place.

The guys who delivered also installed.
They scratched up the sides of my brand new black samsung washer and dryer. I opted for a credit from best buy because I don't want to wait for a new set. I need clean clothes now and I figured it's just cosmetic and it's in the basement. Still a bit infuriating that 1)they didn't tell me and 2) I spent a lot on a new set that came damaged. BUT that's not the worst part.
They neglected to tell me that one of the water hookups is leaking even when not in use. It leaks even with the hook up turned off. I came down the stairs and noticed a big leak all over my basement floor. Heck, I would have been okay if they said "hey you got a leak but it wasn't me!" At least they would have told me instead of letting me find a water mess all over the floor. Now my "scratch credit" is going to a plumber who I am confident will let me know that the "installers" messed up.

They refused to install it due to a rusty faucet, and it being a snug fit. I had to hook it up myself when I got home the following day. If you have to pay $100-$200 for someone to install a washer and dryer they should be able to change out a faucet.

The guys did great the only problem is they left the manual for my washer inside of the washer when they did the tester so I had to clean it out. I am without a manual and my washer makes a weird noise when I put it on one of the settings

Our washer was installed, but they forgot to replace the frame that goes on the hose hook ups. They said they would be back in after the load finished, but never came back in. We never signed for the delivery either. We waited all day thinking they might come back, but they did not.

Poor delivery teams caused multiple home flooding. Cory Companies, the 3rd party vendor Best Buy uses, has poor delivery team talent and even worse management. My brand new home was flooded multiple times as a result of a bad installation that they fail to accept responsibility for. Best Buy store staff and management has been excellent, this review is all about Cory Companies. If you use their service be sure to watch the unboxing and install. I was left with a $400 bill for plumbers to clean up their mess. They are unwilling to accept the responsibility despite telling me to pay plumbing to fix their mess.
They also damaged my fridge and told me to tell the store it was like that from the factory. When I did not agree they said if I did not cooperate they would have to pay for the damages. Well, you should, you caused the damage. Cory Companies is a shady company. Do not be tempted with free delivery.

Delivery men did not balance washer. It's too heavy for my husband and I to move out of it's small area. Now the unit hits hard when it is on spin cycle. Very disappointing after the first washer was defective and leaked all over our hardwood floors.
