Installers were nice and seemed to do a thorough job, until we did our first load of laundry and quickly realized they switched the hot and cold water. Damaged a whole load of clothes that we expected to wash on the coldest setting and because of this, was washed on the hottest setting. Apparently you need to verify their work?

False information service never completed nor performed nor initiated Does that look like an installed washer machine that was placed and left outside by delivery personal ? And here they report service completed have a 1000$ washer machine sitting outside without using it for more than 32 hour

Took them 11 attempts then they made excuses as to why it could not be installed. Pictures show driver leaving. They claimed they waited 30 minutes they claimed they got out the vehicle. Ring doorbell tells a much different story.

The drainage hose for the washer is a straight hose instead of L-shape hose. It came of and flooded my upstairs and bottom floor. Called Geek squad and talked to 5 different people for 47 minutes but not could help me. Will have to hire my own repairmen to fix the issue. The washer shakes the upstairs when it runs.

No install at all. They did not what to do with a easy installation I have to do it by myself and I’m a disability person.

My washer has 2 dents. One on each side of the front corners

Worst installation by BBY team and poor customer service. It's been 2 months washer installed and caused property damage. No one able to resolve it until now. I wouldn't suggest their installation service.

Wish i could leave no stars. I had to pay for this instalation, and the guys left the laundry foom a complete mess. They also dumped a bucket of dirt water in my tub without telling or asking, and now my tub is FULL of dirt.......these guys are poop

INSTALLTION WAS HORRIBLE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE A BAD LEAK BECAUSE THEY PUT THE NEW HOSE WHICH HAVE GOOVES INTO MY PREVIOUS HOSE THAT IS SMOOTH. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SMOOTH ON SMOOTH BECAUSE THE CLAMP WILL NOT HOLD THE TWO TOGETHER FOR A SMOOTH WATER FLOW. VERY UNSATISFUED CUSTOMER!!

I had a May 20th delivery date. I still haven’t received my washer. I rescheduled for May 27th and it couldn’t be installed because Best Buy forgot the drainage hose. Not a supply chain issue, but a lot of Best Buy mistakes.

This is bad i needed to call a plumber because they dont want to remove the plastic white cover for the drain tube in my new house and when the plumber came he remove it like opening a bottle of beer. They even ask me to remove it. I don't think they are really a plumber

the crew did an incomplete job they did not complete hook up of drain hose left packing scraps on ground outside my house and on floor of washing machine room damaged my door when bringing washer into the house

Damaged dry wall, floor and baseboard because the water lines were not secure or even hand tight. Let a cycle run and left without checking water flow. Came in to check when cycle signaled "done" to a ton of water everywhere.

We had FSA deliver and install and they put a huge dent in our washer and said they would take care of it. Been waiting and when we contacted Best Buy they had no notes on the dented washer. Now we have dented merchandise and a high unsatisfaction with Best Buy!

There was a dent in delivered item. They said Best Buy will give a call and schedule a replacement. So far I didn’t get a call. The installation people in hurry , not friendly. They finished it 15 minutes . If we ask any question , they say read manual.

i bought the pedestals for my washer and dryer and after 2 failled attempts they are still not installed

Grant you it's a small space to install stacked washer and dryer unit. It's a tangle mess. The Y adapter and hose are not installed correctly as recommended on LG manual. My drain hose is also looped instead of straight and the duct was not anchored correctly. A re-installation was requested.

Installation where not that good, I had to reorder it and next delivery guys bring me used cord and stilled my hose for the dryer, so now I can not use steam dry
