The guy who connected my washer neglected to remove the instructions and the spare parts before starting the washer, I had no idea that those items were in the washer,that a rookie mistake,and reflects badly on Best Buy.

Drain pipe was not handled leading to leak. The crew spoilt the walls touching them and even scratching them in some places. Very poor installation overall.

Poorly trained personnel installed the pedestal and scratched the brand new washer best buy pushed the problem off to 3rd party

Awful!!! They were doing things like someones was chasing them and they did everything wrong. They left the washer and dryer and also my walls very dirty. They had to come back to fix it and it was worst.

No installation was performed! the delivery person refused to do the installation and said that there is no charge of money. I bought this washer since It included the washer installation!

Floor is damaged by water

My entire floor underneath the washing machine is brown as well due to water damaged. The technician who installed the washing machine never tight up the valve so the water was dripping little by little.

Never trust them third party installers. Best buy charged me $129.99, sent a third class installer who did not put one cable tie and ended up in a mess. Most importantly, BEST BUY DID NOT stand behind it given that i paid best buy $129.99 for the washer installation.

The installation of the pedestals for the washer & dryer is absolutely horrible. You can see hardware & not even centered. I am very unhappy.

The washing machine leaks after a week. And they destroyed the floor installing the washing machine. The walls in my laundry room were all marked up so i had to paint after they left.

The installer over tightened the washer line and cracked our hot water line causing a massive leak in our home. We had to file an insurance claim.

first deliver guy name mario, he said he cant install the washer while dryer is not here. Second guy delivered the dryer said his job is only to deliver dryer. my washer and dryer sitting in garage. online is showing installation complete! wtf

The installer started the machine and left with it running I didn’t see it was not okay until he left. The machine would not drain

They need to return and install properly the dryer, seems the parts do not fit the hose connection. Im sure they notice the issue, but they said nothing.

It was misaligned and makes a lot of vibration. They were in a rush due to the holidays make sure they show you it is properly leveled before they leave.

Not even on the 5th try could the Geek Squad complete the installation. Bonus: the trip hazard left on my garage floor. Yippee!!!!!!!

Horrible service for washer and dryer. This is how they installed it and they moved the dryer over it so I wouldn’t notice.

Ran one cycle. Washer was vibrating immensely. Washer was very un level. The drain hose was not secured correctly.
