Washer was scratched during installation pretty upset to have spent so much money just for it to get scratched because someone wasn’t careful.

This item was not installed. It was simply left in my garage. VERY Disappointed

Installers damage my walls while installing washer and dryer. Then when I returned the pedestal they did it again and scratch the washer.

The door opens the incorrect way and the installer did not correct

Washer and dryer install was fast and seamless navigating some very tight pathways.

Florentino and Isaiah arrived right at the start of the time window. They were courteous, professional and personable. The old appliances were taken out fast. They allowed me a quick cleanup of all the socks eaten by the old machine, and installed the new ones in literally in minutes. Florentino appears to be the lead man of the team. Ask for Florentino and Isaiah. Highest of recommendations.

The guys were very professional coming out to install our washer and dryer and haul the old ones away. They were quick, clean and professional!

The scheduled service window was communicated as 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. At 1:00 p.m., having received no updates, I called to track the delivery. During that call, I spoke with a representative named Ivan, whose manner was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that the delivery window was 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and, despite my explaining the confirmed delivery timeframe previously provided to me, I was told I would simply need to wait. At no point was I contacted to advise of a delay, nor was I able to track the delivery route, as the tracking icon was nonfunctional. At approximately 1:45 p.m., I received a call from the delivery driver stating he would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. In contrast, the delivery team was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the installation within an hour, demonstrated a strong work ethic, and did an excellent job. The issue was not with the delivery personnel, but with scheduling communication and customer service support. Improved coordination between scheduling and delivery teams, as well as more professional customer service interactions, would significantly improve the overall experience

The washer has to be returned because of the hot water connection but I’m testing the one they left using just cold water & it’s really different . No agitator, but it’s quiet & handled a full load of jeans. Also the color (black) is really nice. It was a good choice. Once again, more instructions needed because it’s all digital.

We're very happy with our LG purchase. The washer works great, no issues to report. It's very quiet.

I'd been coddling my old washer for so long, having problems with certain cycles and the knob. What a pleasure to have a new one. It's quiet, efficient, clearly uses less water and probably less energy. The tub is huge. Instead of doing a load each day, i can now go 2-3 days and even then only fill the tub half way. I've done a few pieces of bedding now, and it's great. No more laundromat! I will say, though, I'm 5'3 and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the things on the bottom of the tub when done. So, for short people, you might want to check out a floor model if you're considering it. I may just get a little stool to step up on.
