The first time I got the installers to come out, they did not want to take off the hoses since they said they were old and they might have broken. I had to take them off and when they came back, they quickly took off the old one and replaced it with the new one. it was fast and no problems the second time.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way Best Buy handled this purchase. I made the error of ordering the wrong pedestals for my washer and dryer and they were replaced and installed almost immediately with the correct ones. The courtesies extended by the delivery/installers were outstanding.

Installers were quick to haul away old and install new washer dryer. Any questions were answered. I didn’t get a notification the day before on what frame time they would arrive. The installer did call me 15 mins prior to arrival. And I received a notification that installers were on the way from Best Buy 30 mins after they were already working.

I had 2 installs because the washer had to be returned and both went well.

The washer was installed without any issues after we waited for a second one to arrive four days later because the first washer was damaged out of the box.

The LG ThinQ washer is amazing. Installers had limited knowledge of challenging installations. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor and is very small. The floor was uneven and they were not experienced in “thinking outside the box.” They were cheerful despite the unique situation and advised I alter the floor before they could guarantee the installation. They couldn’t take out the old combo washer/dryer unit because they had not done the install. The hallway and laundry room were a bit crowded until we found our own solution. The salesman evidently didn’t actually understand our space an floor problem so he didn’t order more experienced installers. I also purchased a matching LG Gas dryer and Sidekick washer. Neither of these were installed until I hired a handyman. If you have anything, but a perfect installation situation, make sure you really press the situation to the sales associate and ask if it’s even possible. Take pictures of your area with you to the store.

The 2 person install team was fairly friendly, but didn’t seem to know that a W/D set is supposed to be adjusted to have the same hight *before* hooking them up. I had to insist they lower the dryer legs to match the washer hight (they tried to tell me this was not commonly done.) This process was unnecessarily complicated as they had already installed both. One installer was turning the plasic legs with a metal plumbing wrench while the other propped it up slightly. This damaged the bases of those little "feet" and I had to order replacements. They installed and leveled the washer fairly well, but didn't work out how to arrange the fill and drainage hoses so they wouldn't bang against the wall and the washer during the spin cycle. I ended up adjusting these myself. It was a little bit involved as they used zip ties. I don't think a customer should have to do this.

Took them less than 40 minutes to deliver and finish install. They work great and efficiently. Great price on both pieces.

Quick and efficient service. Checked to make sure machine was working and made sure we had no questions be for they left. Great experience!

The delivery guys were awesome - that is the only reason this is getting five stars. The corporate schedulers made this process a nightmare requiring multiple service appointments with no say in when they would happen, requiring frequent alternate arrangements needing to be made

Washer arrived earlier than expected. The installers were clean and picked up their mess. There was a hitch after they left where the washer was leaking. Called the Geeks and they sent out another crew that fixed it up that afternoon.
