The gentlemen that delivered and installed my washer and dryer were polite and knowledgeable. They made no complaints on having to hand carry my appliances up 2 flights of stairs. However, my washer was not leveled, so I had to get someone else to lift my washer in order to adjust the screws to make it leveled (this was after calling Geek Squad about the horrible vibrating noise my washer was making). I highly recommend checking the washer all around before they leave.

Both my washer and dryer were ok. Unfortunately I bought them during the COVID time where there was no so many choices to pick from. The products though arrived dented at first but Best Buy exchanged them for new ones that were perfect. I’m quite satisfied from their performance though. The service was ok too.

Installation went well. Handled it like champs! No complaints.

Came hours after the window that was given. Brought the wrong item into the apartment. Did not connect the washer to water supply. Brought a install kit that was missing pieces and initially the wrong kit for that washer/dryer. My personal handyman did the install after they left due to their incompetence. Their truck was poorly packed and loaded. Our washer and dryer were behind other bigger objects. They were clearly frustrated and annoyed. I waited all day for them and their attitude sucked and they were less than personable when asking questions or pointing out they brought the wrong items and that they were supposed to install.

Installation was fast and painless. They didn’t make a mess or break anything in the way up the stairs and I am thankful for that.

They came in, removed the old washer and had the new one running in an incredible amount of time. They were quick and efficient.

I was looking for good, solid, no frills washer and this fit the bill. Washes great, runs quiet and easy to operate.

Requested a 4 man team deliver and install my washer dryer set. Only 2 people came out, however, they did an excellent job in moving the new washer/dryer in, being sure to not damage the walls or the floors. They had multiple flights of stairs to go up too! They relocated old washer/dryer, moved and installed new washer/dryer, all in less than one hour. One of the important things about buying a new appliance is making sure it's installed properly. I highly recommend the BB delivery people. If you see the same appliance at two different stores with the same price, go with Best Buy because their installation team is great.

This was our third time for this washing machine installation. The first 2 times were not good but this time was wonderful! On time and precise.

Best Buy, The answer is in its name. The install was done quickly and Carefully. The installers reviewed all the features of my new washer and dryer. I'm a long time customer and have never had any issues that wasn't immediately addressed and resolved. Stress free from purchase to installation!

I recommend having Best Buy install the washer. They do a great job and hassle free. Just a couple scratches due to the smaller door frame in our old house.

I bought a wash machine from Best Buy and had it Installed and the old washer hauled off. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were great. They removed the old washer and installed the new one in about 15 minutes. They carried each one in and out by straps they did not use any dollies or carts. So if you are the type of person that dose not want their carpet or floor tracked up. Rest assure that won’t happen with these guys. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them for your next install.

The guys who came to deliver and install our washer and dryer were very nice and helpful. Made me feel better when he said I made the right choice and that this one had far fewer issues than the more fancy machines he’d seen.
