Best Buy has really stepped up its game with awesome customer service with its delivery service. Very satisfied with that. We had two different delivery crews out and they were all very good. So far we are very happy with our new washer. Love the large capacity and easy to use. The first one was scratched and it has been replaced with no issues.

The install team did a great job. Timely, thorough, professional.

OMGoodness! What a great idea washer! It’s a little complicated. But, once you have read the instructions several times; you figure out most of the combinations. There are so many buttons and cycles. You can do virtually anything!

Best Buy Geek Squad is best services you can ever trust. Some delivery people are careless however customer care takes care of everything. First time when technicians installed I did not check on pedestal door. I was disappointed to see pedestal door could not be opened due to drain pan. Called customer service and they sent another team to take care of it.
