The magnet mounts can be difficult to get right depending on the angle of the camera (it tends to rotate the magnetic mount which is secured by one screw). These mounts stick out a little bit further, but I prefer the security of knowing they aren't going anywhere. And I highly recommend the "off brand" as they are the same as the Arlo brand, but cheaper.
