Having a docking station that allows the charging of multiple cameras is a great deal. The Wasserstein Charging Station for Google Nest Cam is just that item. It fits neatly out of the way and is well built. This item makes it easy to charge your cameras quickly and with the built indicator it lets you know when charging is complete. It came well packaged and there was no setup needed. Just plug it in and its ready to go. This is a great docking station that will handle up to 2 camera per charge sequence. I would definitely recommend this item.

The Wasserstein Charging Station for Google Nest Cam is a great looking device on your counter or table to charge your cameras. Much easier to set on the base and walk away rather than have to find the cables your kids stole for whatever reason. Charging time is fast, few hours and your cameras are ready to go again. Due to my Nest being setup to record all the time there is movement, the batteries go quick, so this is a must and needed item in my home. Great product, Compact size and Good looks in one package.

In the box, this Wasserstein charging station has the charging base, USB-A to USB-C cable and a USB-A plug adapter and a quick instruction pamphlet. It was very simple to put the hardware together. I was pleased to learn that the USB-A plug adapter has an output of 15W, so when not in use for this charging station, I can use it to charge (not quickly) my phone if I absolutely need to. There are two Google Nest Cam (Battery) charging ports. One of my cameras happened to be at 20% charge so I popped it on the charger and was pleased that each port will help guide your camera to the correct location via magnets. When your camera is being charged your camera LED status indicator will blink and your camera will be offline for the duration of the charge. I was a bit confused when I read that the Charging Station's LED would blink while your camera was charging. Mine did not blink, but stayed solid for a while. I left it alone and later came back and it was blinking. Charging from 20% to full took more than 3 hours. To be honest, I really don't need a 2 port charger. Due to the different traffic patterns between my cameras, their battery usage differs enough that they don't need to be charged at the same time. I would be fine with a single port charger, but Wasserstein doesn't make one like that. This Wasserstein Charging Station is simple to use and works like I would expect it to. The guiding magnets and the charging status LEDs are nice touches.

I've had the docking station for about a week and used it to recharge my camera once. It's a great way to recharge your camera if you have multiple cameras to recharge, but it's a very limited use case. Effectively, this just saves you plug space, since you can recharge two cameras. The product design and hardware quality is great - the base is sturdy and heavy, and it includes a typical 3.0A USB AC adapter and a 3-ft USB-C cable. The dock splits the output 1.5A to each side, and each side has a LED on the base that shows the recharge status. The dock recharged my camera quickly, but not any faster than the OEM Google power cable does. Realistically, the chance that multiple cameras need to be recharged at the exact same time is low. I have multiple battery powered cams from another brand for about 2 years now, and I've never had a situation where more than one camera needed recharging at the same time. Thus, the true purpose/need for this dock is limited to many camera households that could potentially run into a scenario where you need to charge more than one camera at the same time AND also want to save on plug space. Otherwise, just use the OEM power cable that came with the camera.

There really isn't too much to say about this product. It works perfectly to charge the battery powered nest cam, especially if you need to charge multiple at the same time. It charges quickly and looks great. This would be perfect for anyone who has a very active camera system that drains battery quickly.

This unit works as it should, but is not fast charging at all. It works, the quality is really sub par to the actual google products. The white is glossy white, cheap to the touch. The usb c wire included and brick is appreciated, but goes into the drawer with the rest of my simple chargers. The unit comes packed in the usual simple packaging. Nothing extravagant, no pouch for storage. I assume the company wants you to proudly show what looks like bra cups out in public. When charging, there is a very annoying bright white LED that lights up when charging and you do hear an audible beep when properly mounted. I mean it works as intended, but it does't wow me, like how the Google Floodlight wowed me with it's presentation and build quality. This just seems like an aftermarket item. Would I recommend it? Well if you can get it for $20 dollars, yes all day.

Doesn’t work at all… wouldn’t charge either of the wireless nest cameras.

After looking around a bit for a better way to charge my Google Nest Cameras than plugging each one in individually, I found this Wasserstein dual port charging station. Now, I can use one plug, leave it on my workbench, and never have to worry about looking for the right cord or power block again. I simply pop the camera off the mount, drop it into an open slot, and I'm good to go. Charging speeds seem to be as good or slightly better than direct plug in and I've yet to experience any errors or failures to charge. Simply put, it just works.

Chargers should be simple, functional and easy to use. This charger checks all those boxes and more. The charger easily charges two nest outdoor cams just by setting them in the cradle. No fiddling with wires or ports, everything just works. The build feels top notch. While plastic it does feel well built and sturdy and given this will live on a shelf, I feel like it’ll last a long time. Overall this is a great way to make charging your nest cam much more convenient and frees up a plug and reduces clutter at the same time.

This is a simple, no-nonsense charger. If you have reliance on Google Nest Cams for your business or other use, the Wasserstein Charging Station is a must. It can fully charge one or two cameras in 4 hours. It doesn't take up any more space than it needs to.
