    These things work great! Installed an Arlo Essential in a high traffic area (cats constantly trigger the camera). Although it took about 10 days to fully charge the battery, it works very well. Installed on January 20th and on February 3rd the battery was fully charged from 24% to 100%. The solar panel is setup facing south and receives a few hours of direct sunlight per day (during the winter) and another few hours of indirect sunlight. I expect the panel will perform even better when summer arrives along with higher sun angles.

    I had some reservations but this has worked well and charged back up to 100 percent. It started quite slow going up 3 to 4 % per day and I turned the camera off. Then it caught up and to 70% and I turned it back on. Then it caught back up. It was easy to install. It survived a very heavy 6 inches of rain and survived nicely. We will see how long it lasts.

    Great product. I have owned the mount for about a year now. No issues charging the camera under all elements. I do suggest protecting the base where you connect the charger to the camera as much as possible.

    Honestly if you live in an area that is too HOT or COLD. this will not work. I have noticed when its 80+ outside it refuses to charge, and when its below 40 it refuses to charge. on the app it says its either A. too hot or B. too cold outside for it to charge.
