Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read a number of reviews that stated these were not able to maintain a charge but then there were others that said they worked just fine so I decided to give them a try. My Arlo Pro3 is in a very active area with full sun. I started with a full charge and kept the solar panel in full sun, in southwest Florida. It could not keep the camera charged. Iretuened them.

Doesn't work

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these for over 10 months now in Sunny South Florida and they have only powered my camera a total of 3 times!!! Terrible product! I have 2 facing the exact same direction and only one sometimes has worked and the other one has never powered the camera!?!? Horrible experience.

Posted .Hi! Please ensure you have done the following:
1. The Solar Panel is consistently in direct sunlight. It can absorb the most solar energy when it is in full sunlight for as much of the day as possible. The Solar Panel harvests energy from the sun to charge a connected Arlo camera.
2. Make sure that your solar panel is pointed toward the sun and is not obstructed by trees, buildings, or other obstacles.
3. Sudden changes in temperature may affect your Solar Panel’s charging abilities.
4. The USB charging cable is snugly connected to your camera.
5. The batteries have been fully charged to 100% before being connected to the solar panel.
6. Please take note that the Solar Panel is designed to keep your Arlo camera’s battery fully charged but heavy usage of your camera can drain the camera battery faster than the solar panel can recharge it.
Additionally, because of Arlo’s firmware updates, you will need to update to the latest APP to see the screenshot to show the solar panel is charging. Poor customer service/broken panel

Excellent acquisition

Avoid these crappy panels!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased NINE Arlo 4K cameras and NINE of these solar panels for the cameras. I live in the desert, where the sun shines from 5am to 9pm in summer. It's over 100 degrees for months on end. There is NO reason for solar panels not to work great. I have solar panels on my roof and they are great. But one of my cameras won't hold a charge. The battery fails a few weeks after being changed and I have tried three batteries. Now it's POSSIBLE that I purchased three bad batteries and that all three were used in the same camera. It's also possible that during the night, somebody is stealing my battery in camera #8 and secretly replacing it with a bad battery and somehow avoiding the camera. Let's be honest. One of the solar panels is faulty. What worries me most is that now another camera is reporting a low battery. I should have bought Arlo panels, but I was trying to save a few bucks by buying Wasserstein panels. My mistake. Don't be like me.

Panel not charging Arlo Pro 3

Unfortunately, despite the near-perfect conditions, the panel didn't even slow the battery drain on my Arlo Pro 3 camera. I emailed Wasserstein's support email and received a notice indicating delivery was delayed as that email account was "over quota". After waiting a week with no response, I uninstalled the panel and returned the product.

Panels work only once

I got the brand new one for the Arlo Ultra Camera's and it only seemed to have worked once. The battery still drained, so I still have to go up and down the ladder every 3 days to replace battery that I charge on regular chargs.

Expected Better

Not pleased
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought and paid handy man to install panels to cameras to charge camera so that I don’t have to get on ladder to change out battery’s…. Two of panels are not charging the cameras and so cameras aren’t working. I will have to hire someone to get it fixed as I’m a senior and unable to climb ladder to fix. I’m not pleased.
