    After installing and mounting both solar panels, neither panels were able to reflect being connected within the ring app. The batteries that I have installed in the Ring spotlight cam are not charging.

    Bought these wasserstein solar panels for 2 if my Ring cameras bcz they're less expensive than the Ring panels and the reviews were great. They never worked, not for one second. But bcz I waited so long to put them up, bb wouldn't take them back. I ended up throwing them away and bought power cords from Amazon, which have been a game changer. Now I never have outages.

    Terrible. It was the worst service I’ve ever received from Best Buy. I had to make several complaints about not receiving my product and about my product not working. It’s just been a terrible ordeal. A nightmare and Best Buy has done nothing to remedy the situation.

    I had purchased 3 extra batteries to use in my battery spotlight cam and battery stickup cam. It got old changing batteries so I decided to invest in 2 solar panels. Best investment made! Easy to install and they work great. After a months use, batteries have not gone below 93% with all the notifications and viewing I get. Camera's charge daily to 100%. Now I have 3 batteries that stay on the charger! $90 I could have used to buy the 2 solar panels in the first place.
