To me this is DC's greatest live action adaptation, it captures the dark essence of the DC universe, love this movie and if you haven't watched it definitely give it a chance you will not be disappointed Zach snyder did a awesome job with this movie.

As someone who read the original complex graphic novel, I'm astounded by how much director Zack Snyder was able to squeeze into this film while maintaining coherency. Visually the movie is a treat, like most of Snyder's films and the music selection is stellar.

If you love Watchmen, this is the version for you. I am currently upgrading my favorites from my collection to 4k and this was too hard to pass up. Much more footage than the theatrical release. Must have for any Watchmen fan.

I was hoping there would be a slipcover upon purchase. Best Buy should let the customer know this instead of buying it and praying it comes with one. It's a great 4k movie transfer but the little things count too.

The defintive way to watch this movie. Disc picture versus streaming is not a fair comparison. Picure quality and bitrate is unparalleled the time of writing this.

I gave it 4 stars for not including a digital copy. Other than that, it is the best movie adaption of a superhero graphic novel. The ending makes more sense than the squid and the performances are phenomenal.

I love this film. I have the directors cut on blu ray and have been waiting for the price drop on this ultimate cut. No issues with the product, just wish it came with a digital code

Such a fantastic surprise to get to see all the extra hour or so of footage originally intended to be in the movie all as one cohesive film. Great quality, amazing 4K render and the audio is as good as ever.

Greatest comic book movie of all time. So happy for a Steelbook release. Got this one on sale and could not be happier, extended directors cut and the 'Tales of The Black Freighter' included. Who Watches The Watchmen? I do!

This is one of my favorite superhero movies ever so I was very happy to find this 4K director's cut version on sale at my local Best Buy. The viewing experience in 4K was amazing & the sound field was phenomenal. I highly recommend this version of the movie for the fans as it has all of the extra features that have come out since the theatrical release of the original movie.

Great movie and a comic movie made for adults. While the ultimate cut is a little long, to me, it is well worth it as it goes into much more detail. Can’t miss if you are a fan or even a casual fan.

Absolutely a great movie to see in 4K and a very good movie to watch. They did a great job, extending it like they did, including everything the directive wanted to put in this movie.

The 4K transfer is amazing. However you can only really notice its 4K glory with a 120Hz capable TV with a high transfer HDMI cable, which Bestbuy has.

Amazing, clolors even when the movie is not as colorful. The contrast and highlights when Dr. Manhatan appears on screen makes it a step-up over the regular bluray.

The film is the definition of an imperfect masterpiece. But the transfer is great, as are the features. Now if only WB would stop cheaping out with their multi-disc spool cases…

This is the Director's Cut of the movie with The Curse of the Black Freighter added in. It was nice to be able to watch with everything nicely interlaced.

Loved this film . Great sci fi superhero picture. Looks and sounds great in 4k . Warner bring out the other versions make them look even better .

I love this movie and I have the regular version and want to see what the ultimate cut was about.

Was really looking forward to seeing this movie in 4K. Unfortunately the picture quality does not meet up to the majority of other 4K remasters. No matter how I altered my tv's settings, I just couldn't get the breathtaking picture I've experienced with countless other 4K movies. I'll be selling my purchase.

This movie should’ve been in ATMOS or DTS:X, the movie is very dark, so it needs to be watched on a top projector or better yet an OLED TV!
