I have used this filter before and it works great. However, they are a little bit pricey. Due to the price of the name brand, I tried buying a replacement filter from a large, chain store and use their "store branded" filter, in order to save money. The package said it fit my Samsung model, but when I tried it, it leaked water and I was afraid it would damage the connection to my refrigerator. I took it back and went back to this model of filter. This Samsung branded filter fits like a glove and the water tastes great. We are on a well, so the filter really makes a difference. For two adults, on a well water system, we get about 6 months use out of one filter. I would recommend this product, even at this price point.

I can't say much about the quality of the Samsung Ice maker, but the water tastes great with this filter. Easy to install also. Only issue is the high cost of it although it does last 6 months

Simple install, fits the fridge, doesn’t cause issues. You can buy cheaper nock offs but fridge will have issues with water. This item is good to go for Samsung fridges. Pricey but needed.

Easy filter to use and and install. Change it out twice a year and you'll always have clean water and fresh ice. I never tried the non Samsung alternatives as I was told that these tend to leak. Worth the price

The filter is a good quality, its easy to install, and it makes the water taste great. It's a little on the expensive side, but if you have a Samsung refrigerator its the best filter to use.

This filter fits my Samsung refrigerator, and I change it regularly to ensure that the water dispensed by the fridge and the ice maker stay as fresh as possible. This filter is high quality, and very easy to install.

I am back paying for the brand name filter for my Samsung fridge. I tried other filters (ordering from discount filter sites and Amazon), but the taste and smell of our County water was not as good as it is when I use Samsung brand. I do not want to smell any chlorine, and few filters do a great job with Cl. Very satisfied with the Samsung, but they are a bit more expensive.

Fits well. Easy to install. Not easy to remove old one from the fridge of this same brand. No issues with water flow or taste. Beats the pricey named brand ones.

Ive been using this filter for years and have never had a problem. The water tastes good and it lasts longer than my set replenish time which is 6 months. Easy to install and remove to replace as well.

This is the third filter that I have changed. One of the most pleasant feature of this filter is the ease with which it is changed. Very simple process, it is mid-body high when you open the door, and easy to access with your hand to twist and pull out. Simply put the new one in and twist to lock. The water is always fresh to drink, then. No worries about contamination from your water supply and NO WATER SHUT OFF IS NECESSARY!

Great filter but a little pricey. You can buy two generic filters for the price of this one. I have heard some horror stories using generic instead of OEM so I don't have a problem spending the extra money. Water taste great and easy to install.

This filter is easy to install and more importantly no leaks The water comes out clear for the icemaker

I read reviews for this and other similar filters before deciding on this one. I'm pleased with this filter. It was easy to install, and works just fine. Water and ice taste wonderful.

These are a perfect fit and never had a problem. Have ordered many of these and everyone had an issue.
