Also thanks to the tech who explained why I couldn’t get the old filter out. Water pressure … so shut that off first!

I just don’t think that it filters good enough. Anytime there is any drip or spill it gets on my fridge and calcifies. 3 stars because it does what it needs to do to get me “cleaner” water.
